  Be Aware of Incompletion: There was damage done to air conditioner unit during roof demolition. They were honest and showed me what had happened. The frame to the top of the unit was cracked and broken. They completed the roof project and needed to come back to finished a few open items. The only item remaining was the repair of the A/C unit which they said they would take care of and included as an exception on their certification of completion. Unfortunately for 8+ months I have pursued the repair/replacement with Austin, my project manager. Apologies and excuses have gone on and on while I continuously had to check the status, until I received a massive box delivery last week, 8 months after the roof installation, which contained the wrong item to repair the unit. Now Austin is non-responsive. I had provided a referral for these folks which now I'm embarrassed about. I really didn't want to provide a negative review but I strongly caution you consider before doing business.

  The job was well done. I was very pleased with work. But don't pay them over your balance. Because they will take it and hold it. No one told me that my claim check was over my balance. Until I call and ask for .my receipt that was to be email to me. Look at my receipt I had paid $760 over my balance. It's now six weeks and no refund they say it's in progress. Please check your balance before putting them in full.

  I just wanted to give First Choice Roofing a review. I am so pleased with their service. I first noticed my neighbors roof that was repaired by them last year and thought they did a incredible job. When it was time to get my roof repairs I didn't hesitate to give First Choice Roofing a call and they didn't disappoint. They were on time, professional and executed the job with precision 10/10.

  First Choice Roofing just completed installing 6 inch seamless gutters and downspouts as well as replacing wood rot with PVC fascia and soffit. They also corrected an existing drainage issue by installing an additional downspout. Jennifer and her crew were pleasant and incredibly efficient, and carefully communicated during every step of the way. In 2022 they also did a splendid job replacing our roof. I highly recommend this company not only for their roofing expertise, but also their gutter and downspout installation.

  Yhocio and his team with First Choice Roofing are absolute professionals. We had hail damage and our insurance company agreed, next thing you know there is a new roof on our house with zero headache attached at all.   Bailey and her team walked me through every step of the process, including insurance. They covered my home in tarps top to bottom to prevent debris from getting all over the place. They installed the roof same day and cleaned up like they were never there. Bailey documented the whole thing with photos so I could see what was happening and worked with my insurance adjuster to get the payout to match their costs. I don’t know what I would have done without Bailey’s assistance. She made it so easy for me.
