  Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. I want to again apologize that we did not send your estimates as promised. That follow-up should have happened promptly, and that’s on us. As we discussed, our team scheduled a roof advisor because, in addition to the attic seal service, you also requested a roof inspection, insulation inspection, and an estimate for the attic fan. Our process is to inspect first so we can confirm scope and provide accurate pricing. However, regardless of scope, you should have received everything in writing afterward. We’ve addressed the delay internally to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We do perform the $299 attic seal service regularly when that’s all a homeowner wants or needs, and we would still be happy to complete that for you if you choose.   I only needed 21' of gutter and 1 downspout and they wanted a little over 1100.00 dollars for that. I got a price from another company for 400.00 dollars. Outrageous!!

  Sorry to hear this Doug. Our team should have advised you that we have an apple to apple price match guarantee. If the other guys were performing the same scope of work and type of material we would have been happy to match their pricing.

  Sleazy. We booked them for an estimate after a hail storm. They no-showed on the first appointment date and we had to call them to get them to come out. They sent a salesman who didn't check the state of the roof and just did a walk around. He was also extremely rude to my wife and refused to explain anything to her and only wanted to talk to me. The pitch didn't include any details of the damage to our roof or the work needed to replace it, but was full of upsells trying to tell us we needed to get solar vents and protection packages from them.

  The two roofing technicians work on my patio roof was exception! They were courteous and very knowledgeable in repairing the siding, and reproducing the wooden trim work. And they cleaned my property of all debris!

  We had some gaps around the soffits of our roof where squirrels were trying to work their way into the attic. Firehouse Roofing sent their Tech out to seal all those gaps with metal flashing that was painted to match. We are pleased with their work.

  Had a few issues with the attic seal job they did on my house recently, but they did right by me and corrected it--truth be told, they went ABOVE just correcting it. I will give them a lot of credit, they stand by their word and then some. Truly appreciate it. Good work.
