We had a new roof installed, ceiling and wall repairs from an older roof leak, soffit and fascia wrap, and brand new gutters.   We chose Finest Rocklin Roof Repair because the reviews were strong and the estimate was provided very quickly. With the heavy summer rain in Rocklin, the roof installation schedule shifted by about a month, but once Asher came out, checked the measurements, and reviewed the job, everything got back on track. The crew finished the new roof in a little over a day, which was impressive. There were a couple of small follow-up items, like a few screws needing to be tightened, and they responded right away and took care of it. After a strong wind-driven rain storm, we noticed some moisture coming in and also found debris in the gutters from the roofing work. Timothy came out, apologized, inspected the roof, and explained that the roof itself looked solid and that the moisture may have come in through the top vent because of the way the rain and wind were hitting the house. He also said if anything else shows up, they will return quickly and even check the attic if needed. Overall, the new roof looks great, improved the home’s protection, and performed well through severe weather.
