Had my metal roof replaced by Feichtel Roofing inc back in march. The use of latter leaning on the panels caused scratches that needed to be touched up and some vent boots were left unpainted. Antony ( the owner ) was supposed to come back to take care them but never did . Texted him many times . I’m writing this review on 7/02/25 and nothing solved .

EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER'S REPLY: You had every opportunity to communicate with me and investigate the issue - to which the OWNER of your company refused to do anything else. I just asked for him to simply come out to look at it to make sure it was done correctly, since it obviously was not. He refused. MULTIPLE TIMES! I send pics & videos - NOTHING! I waited MONTHS to write this review, hoping someone would reach out to me - nope! This just teaches me (and I hope others) to ALWAYS use a credit card for these types of purchases so you have some sort of protection in case you do not receive the goods/services you paid for & can fight the charge with the credit card company. It's not worth saving a couple bucks (literally) for a 'cash discount' when it cost me $2,000 in the end. Paid Feichtel Roofing $2,000.00 CASH to re-seal my roof where the back porch TPO roof connects to the main house roof. Supposedly the installer of the roof (RING) did not connect them properly & they were currently out of business at the time that I contacted Feichtel .. Feichtel came out while I was at work & did the reseal. That did absolutely nothing & the leak was WORSE than before they touched it. I contacted him several times via text/email to try to get any type of help as $2K was a lot for a reseal but he would not even come out to assess the issue after being paid. I have all written correspondence saved. After hiring another company to properly fix the issue, we are no longer having leaking issues -- so that shows the reseal was not properly done where it should have been; which was also confirmed by the newly hired company.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be. Your concerns regarding the resealing work and lack of communication are important to us, and we take them seriously. We strive for high-quality service, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly and look into this matter further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Very satisfied with their service. They came by within 45 min of the call, fixed the leak immediately and also reasonable. Very nice and honest company. Well. to add to my review. I have another leak next to the one they fixed. Called them Monday. Said he'd call back to schedule but never did. So I had to call another company. Wonder if it's because it's under warranty.

Feitchel Roofing did an awesome job installing our gutters and gutter guards. From start to finish, they were professional, clean, and reasonably priced. They left everything looking great when the job was finished. They were recommended to me by a fellow firefighter, and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend Feitchel Roofing to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

What an amazing experience! From initial meeting to end result, nothing but positive! They addressed every concern and made sure that the roof and yard were perfectly clean when done! This was hard to do considering trees were being done at the same time!
