  We hired Fair and Square Roofing to tarp our roof after Hurricane Ian damaged our shingles for $1,500. They arrived just before sunset and I was not comfortable having them tarp my roof in the dark. At sunset I requested that they leave it for another day as they could injure themselves and I didn't feel they could do a competent, professional job in the dark. Agai st my wishes they remained on the job and completed it after sunset, and needless to say it tore off in a week. Attached are some photos of the missing/ torn tarp they installed. Fair and Square never attached boards to the ends of the tarp and they didn't reinforce the tarp to the roof with boards. They quickly nailed the tarp to the roof which easily gave way to the wind. Other homes on our street hired other companies and have professionally installed secure tarps.

  Honestly, I would've loved to have given them a chance to change my mind, however I called to schedule an appointment, I received a call from a gentleman named Dan back on 02/20/20 and made an appointment for the 26th at 10am. A little past 10am, I got a call asking to reschedule the appointment for later in the day due to the weather, however I had another appointment that afternoon and told them to just come by when I was not home the next day, the 27th and send me a quote with their findings or to call me to discuss any issues. As of today, 03/05/2020 I have yet to hear back from anyone, have not received a quote or call back. Still not sure if they ever even came out. I have since gotten two other roofing companies to come out instead to quote me. I was somewhat disappointed as I had hoped to go with this company due to their "Google Guarantee" partnership, but seeing as I could not even get them to quote me or contact me, I've decided to go elsewhere. The beginning should be the easy part, if they are struggling to even contact me back to sell me their services, I can't imagine how they would be able to keep up with the construction, permitting and dealing with my insurance in a timely fashion.

  We used this company for a complete roof repair after Hurricane Ian. They have a wonderful staff and are pleasant to work with. The roofers did a great job from beginning to end, to clean up. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  Kevin from Fair and Square was a pleasure to work with. Despite the material shortages and widespread hurricane damages, Fair and Square did a quality job in a reasonable time frame. They were attentive to our needs and did all they promised.
