Factor Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Factor Roofing.

DO NOT USE this company, I don’t know how they have received good reviews as speaking with Aaron specifically I have never dealt with someone as rude in my entire life. Cancels an appointment to view the site when I call him to check they’re still coming after he originally agreed the time. Then he just screams “We don’t want your business” down the phone. Most arrogant response and clearly does not care 1% about his customers, so it’s a side step really as you know this is how they are with the quality of their work too. What a disgrace.

  Reply from the business

Ian, you asked us for a bid and we gave you a free bid for your roof project. You then got offended because our price was too high for you, then you asked us to move forward and wanted us to not pull permits for your project and I told you we don't operate without permits and you got offended again; then you wanted us to see the project in person and we scheduled a jobsite visit and then you told us you don't even have the framing done. I cancelled the meeting 2 hours before our scheduled appointment because we had an emergency and would not make it that day because of the traffic and you called us a liar because according to you there was no traffic. All the phone calls with Factor Roofing are recorded as stated at the beginning of every call and I investigated this before writing a response. You clearly did not get to see the quality of our work so you have no rights to make a comment on that either. We do millions of dollars in business every year and have installed hundreds of roofs, your ignorance, rudness, and aggression that led to a 1 star review won't take anything from our great reputation.

I just replaced my roof with Factor Roofing and let me tell you how hard it is to find a legitimate roofing company to give you a quote, let alone you trust one with your property. The entire process was very easy for me, the team at the job site and Aaron were on top of it throughout the process. I would’ve left a 10 star review if I could. Highly recommend

I just hired Factor Roofing to do a re-roof on my main roof and new roof on my second story ADU as well as a brand new solar system. Vladimir, the owner, recommended to select a 50 Year Presidential Shingle roof, which I'm so happy I went with. From start to finish, everyone at Factor Roofing went the extra mile and was extremely communicative, on time, and professional. They made sure to clean up after themselves daily and their quality of work is top notch! Aaron was so kind, patient, and helpful with my plethora of questions. Vladimir's knowledge and hands on approach put me at ease throughout the whole project. I would highly recommend this company and greatly appreciate all of their help and patience with me!

Vlad and his team at Factor Roofing are the best in the business. Super professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and Vlad stands out. He communicates clearly, shows up on time, and takes real pride in his work. I’ve recommended him to my clients, friends, and family and he’s never let anyone down. Honest, fair, and dependable. Hard to find that these days. His pricing is reasonable and he always goes above and beyond. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Our project was complex because of the age of our home, nearly 100 years old. In addition, there were other factors, such as split levels and difficult pitch, which made it even more complicated. Factor Roofing were responsive and conscientious from beginning to end.

After an exhaustive search for a contractor to do my roof, I decided on Factor Roofing. Some of the other estimates were outrageously priced or the companies could not be bothered to explain what I was paying for. When I spoke to Aaron and Vladimir, they patiently walked me through the estimate and were extremely straight-forward about possible costs in case things went wrong. Everything went very smoothly (and on budget) and they got the job done efficiently and with a high quality of work. I can not recommend them more if you are looking for honest contractors who communicate well and do fantastic work. Thanks guys!

I recently hired Factor Roofing for a full reroofing job, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team was prompt, professional, and efficiently got the job done. Fair pricing and quality work make them my go-to roofing company. Highly recommend!

We used Factor for a pretty huge job that included installing more than 5,000 sq ft of metal roofing, extending the existing roofline, painting the house, and installing a ton of new fans and lights. I couldn't be happier with the results and Vlad and his team were a joy to work with.

Excellent experience - quick to respond to a request for a quote/bid (within a day, he came on site). Was able to schedule the replacement of siding within the next few days and the entire job was completed ahead of schedule. Hassle-free and a good value; would highly recommend.

Factor Roofing was professional and punctual, and the metal roof the company installed turned out beautiful. Vladimir was friendly and communicative throughout the process.
