  I have been working with this business on the gutter cleaning side for a few years, never have had any issues. I decided to try them out for the exterior side for my property management business. They sent me a proposal for siding repair for about $3k, the owner of the home passed because another business was able to do the work for about $800. I asked for quotes for some other work for a couple of other homes and they would continue to send me the same quote for $3k, which I would always follow up with that it was for the wrong address. Well today I called to follow up on a request to get a pillar repaired or replaced for my home (which I mentioned) because it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve heard from anyone and the lady on the phone literally says “the owner decided to pass on the job because you guys never hire us, we send you quotes but nothing comes of it”. Super unprofessional and incredibly disappointing, we will not be using them again.

  Horrible customer service and workmanship. I had to hire a 2nd company to do the work correctly. The 2nd company was less than half the price.

  Exterior Pros came to my house for an estimate on siding replacement and I paid a $300 deposit to have them fix the siding. My appointment was scheduled about a week after I paid the deposit. The day they came to make the repair, their 40 foot ladder would not reach the top of my house so they could not make the repair. Their worker said they would probably rent a 60 foot ladder because they did not have one. This was around 1 o'clock on a Thursday. I did not hear a peep from anyone at this company the remainder of the day Thursday, all day Friday or all day Monday. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. I then called around 5:30 on Monday and didn't get an answer. I immediately called from a different number and my call was answered. The lady who answered said that she told the manager to call me and she was surprised he did not. I would not recommend such an unprofessional company that is happy to take your deposit but ghost you when they couldn't make the repair.

  They came to redo the caulking around my windows and repair the siding in a few places, part of the siding didn't even last 2 weeks and is worse than before I have called several times. No response. I recommend you not use them they do not stand behind their work. Linda paiz bowie md.

  We requested two estimates through Home Advisor. Mr. Tre Proctor REACHED OUT TO ME. I asked Mr Proctor for an estimate to replace all of the vinyl siding at my home. I asked Mr Proctor for an additional estimate to REPLACE just the left side of my home. Mr Proctor went to my home and took measurements on Friday October 2, 2020. I asked Mr Proctor that evening when I should expect the written estimates. Mr Proctor specifically, via text, told me I should have the estimates by Tuesday October 6, 2020. I both called and texted Mr Proctor on everyday since Tuesday, October 6, 2020. Neither Mr Proctor nor any other Exterior Pro employee or Representaive has responded to wether Exterior Pros doesn’t want my business or just doesn’t care about honoring their commitments. Either way is terrible customer care and as a result Hone Advisor and Angies List should immediately remove Exterior Pros from their preferred provider list. This is the first time I’ve sought an estimate from Exterior Pros for any home improvements at my home. I have no ulterior motive or agenda; however If a company won’t honor their commitment to provide an estimate by the date promised, then how can you trust their commitment to do the work well, on time and within budget. I strongly recommend you search for a more responsive and reliable contractor.

  They came out to give me an estimate for a skylight installation.I paid a deposit to start the work which was only for labor. I had already purchased my own skylights. They sent a line individual out to do a job that required 2 people. The first time it was windy and for the safety of the installer I called his dispatch to explain that I didn’t think it was safe for this person to attempt to install these skylights by himself. They agreed and rescheduled the installer. He returned a second time by himself and made an effort to precut the area for the 1st skylight. He made a test cut and discovered the distance from the roof to ceiling was greater than they had thought. They never bothered to enter the attic initially to even survey the area sky lights we’re to be installed. Because this was more than they had anticipated I requested they stop. I was scheduled for surgery and called to tell them that I had to post pone my project for another time after my surgery. They told me they would refund the deposit since the work was not done and that I should call them when I was ready to restart. I received part of my deposit of 225.00 back out of the initial 600.00. The did absolutely nothing to earn 375.00 They have no integrity as I now can see. Beware of this outfit. There is no way I will be calling them back to install sky lights or anything else. I have since contacted the sky light manufacturer who has put me in touch with a reputable installer of their product in my area. Please do your home work on this roofing company. It turns out that Exterior Pros is there new start up. Their old company was call Skeeters Roofing according to my research... Or may it was Skeezers? Not sure...beware elderly folk!

  If you are looking for excellent service and superior workmanship, then I highly recommend Exterior Pros. They replaced my roof and gutters and I could not be happier. I worked with Drew who is very knowledgeable and is great at customer service. He explained everything to me so I would know what to expect and answered all my questions. Drew deserves a raise!😊
