I am extremely disappointed with this company. I called to ask for an estimate for the installation of a curved radius guard rail for my patio. We scheduled for Neil to come give an estimate on July 2nd in between 11:30 am and 12:00pm. I took off work to be able to get this estimate done. At 12:10 pm I received a call from their office saying they were unable to do a curved radius rail. I then asked if they could do an octagon railing system so that they could utilize straight runs instead of having to deal with curving the wood (much easier), but they said they couldn’t do it. If I was able to get a call the day before to avoid missing work, I would not be writing this review. The only redeeming factor of this situation was that the lady on the phone was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I don’t want to leave a bad review for any business, but my time was completely wasted, and I was even willing to change the design of the project to accommodate their abilities and support local business. I cannot speak about the quality of their work due them never showing up, but I am disappointed with this situation. I am giving this experience 2 stars only because of how kind the lady was on the phone otherwise I would give this experience 1 star.

They scheduled a time to come and give estimate which they changed a few times. They knew what the job is before they came to my house. Finally after they showed up they looked at all the work and told me they would email me the estimate. After a few days of me calling and emailing, I finally got a note from them that the job is not big enough to be economically worth it for them. Sorry I don’t have a $10k job but determine that before you come to my house.

Beware of this company, they are very unprofessional, the "owner" claims he will do quality work and makes it sound great and then we couldn't get on the phone with him for over a week. Then when we did he was unresponsive and didn't want …

I met Nick Nick at the Spring Home and Garden Show. He was pretty much the last booth my husband and I visited. But there was something about him and his presentation that stuck with me. I told my husband I saw Nick somewhere before. When I …

I needed to have a 73-year old rusted and wobbly metal landing torn out, and replaced with a more functional and attractive wood deck. The job required working around existing wires, concrete and boxes. The owner, Nick, understood my vision. And, when Manuel and his team arrived, they gave special attention to the detail I wanted. They were able to dig out for the posts and replace the concrete seamlessly. They created privacy screens for me on either side of the deck and even changed the location of the steps per my request. Lastly, they gave special attention to clean-up afterwards. And, throughout, the team was prompt, polite and professional. This new and sturdy deck is perfect for my needs. Thank you!

We needed a budget-friendly deck with a ramp to accommodate a wheelchair bound relative. Nick and his team really delivered. The work, although projected to take four days, was finished in two. I would recommend Exterior Experts to anyone.

Excellent to work with. They turned my rough draft of the deck I wanted into a thing of beauty. Neil was very pleasant and honest. The crew was hard working and their craftsmanship is second to none. I had them enclose the bottom of my deck with siding to match the house. It turned out beautiful. I highly recommend them and their services to anyone. Please see the photos attached.

Nick and his team replaced outdated and unstable pavers with a nice simple deck just above ground level. In the future I would like to work with them again to put a new roof structure over my patio, Nick had many design ideas.
