Although my initial experience with Benjamin & Daniel were great, I'm having a HUGE issue trying to get insurance claim work done from them. It's already been over 2 months and no roofers have even come out to look at the damage and tell …

Things started well with a prompt site visit and estimate, but then I was ghosted. I emailed back with a few questions and got no response. After a week passed, I called, no one answered, and I left a voicemail; no response. After another week, I emailed again with no response. I understand if a business gets busy, but please have the courtesy to call or email or text me back and tell me that. I was left hanging with holes in my roof from a fallen tree. Very disappointing because I had read so many good reviews for this company.

I called to get an estimate when "Benjamin" answered the phone. He said he's the owner but he's not, his wife is the owner. I tried to verify a business license for this company but couldn't find one. Is this company licensed and insured? I'm adding to my review. You replied but there's no way to respond, other than to post again. I've already called you because I was interested in getting some roof work done. Benjamin said he's the owner but he's not. You say you are licensed with the state of NC but I've confirmed that you're not. Where are you licensed? With the state of NC? What is your license number? From what I can see on the NC Worker's Comp site, you don't have Worker's Comp. either. Am I looking in the wrong place? If I have posted incorrect information, I will remove my post, but until I am corrected, I should leave it here so other customers will know. I'm not interested in leaving false info. here. Thanks.

I had an incredible experience with Atlas Roof Replacement in Hendersonville. They showed up right on time, and their cleanup was the best I’ve ever seen—they even used a magnet to pick up any stray nails. I highly recommend them!
