  Update: the company responded to my negative review 5 days ago and said someone would contact me to resolve but as of today 5 days later no response. Do not use this company. They came to my home and completed the estimate in February and never came back to complete the work. Very unresponsive

  I will never use this company again. Joe (the owner) Did a remodel in our bathroom which took them 13 days the first time. Then we had a bad squeak in our tub which was loud enough to hear it in the basement. I called Joe to tell him that about the problem and he sent Ben (the inspector) to try and at as little cost as possible....the cheap fix didn't work. So we demanded that the tub be replaced. Ben came back a couple of times trying to fix it , when in deed he knew the tub needed replacement. Joe sent Ben back over to pull the tub out. This is were everything went crazy. It took them 5 days to try and pull the tub out but to find out the tub was nail glued on no cement like my husband requested. During the time we found out that there were 3 cracks in the bottom of the tub. So mean while we were living in a house with no operating bathroom tub which then in turn caused my husband and I to stay in a hotel plus we had to board our dog cause we couldn't take he to the hotel. once everything was said and done it cost us $1083. To be misplaced from our home.I gave Joe the bills and he is refusing to pay for any of it. Long story short Joe and his team installed our first bathroom incorrectly, yes they finally came and fixed our bath tub but messed up some trim work and put a nick in our newly painted bathroom walls. If I could give zero stars I would. Joe has all my receipts for everything.

  Hired this company to replace all the windows and patio door to my home because the estimate process was low pressure and the price was reasonable. Signed the contract in late May but didn't get the windows installed until early July. I understand windows take time to be ordered and made but I would never receive updates about what was going on and it was I that would have to reach out to find out what was going on. My installation day was July 5th. Due to the extremely high temperatures, the installers stopped at about noon and came back the next day to finish the job. Of course I don't want anyone to get sick but I feel like as professionals they shouldn't have even scheduled installation that day if the weather wouldn't allow them to finish in one day. Then they had to leave the scaffolding up around my house and come back a third day because they didn't have enough caulk for all of the exterior. Thankfully I didn't have to be there for them to do the exterior caulking because all of this was in the midst of a serious family emergency that I needed to deal with. Also, they were only able to install the windows because the wrong sized patio door was ordered. After that, I didn't receive any communication from the company about the status of the patio door or any type of checks to make sure the windows were installed properly, which was interesting to me because at this point I still owed a balance so you would think the company would want finish the job so that they could get paid. I reached out to them in early August because after checking everything, there were several issues including screens that were damaged, scratches on my wall and a leak on my ceiling near one of the windows and to check on the missing patio door. A few days later, the door finally arrived and got installed backwards. So the installer has to come back again another day to install it the correct way. The other issues were fixed ( except the scratches but at this point I'll have someon

Unfortunately in construction there are so many unknows and we try to approach each challenge with strategy and always with our customers in mind. We wouldn’t go after a balance if we are aware that the job is not complete. We want to make sure that everything on our list is taken care before we request a full payment. Unfortunately windows and doors are items with the longest lead times and we have spoken to our team about making sure they are periodically checking in with the clients instead of just assuming that its clear with them.   We had our roof replaced by this company, and the results speak for themselves. The Company owner Joe and his son Trevor met with me and were polite, friendly, honest, and professional. This is a family owned business, and everything was/is personalized for our needs. There's no sales reps, commission-seekers, or pressure to buy additional products/services with this family owned business. I feel that I received excellent value as a customer, and I'm happy with the attention to detail offered with each project. Both the company owner and his son Trevor are accessible to customers and take personal pride in their work. Trevor is knowledgeable and experienced in construction; where he takes the time to educate, inform, and advise customers. I highly recommend this company for all your construction needs, as they do more just roofing and exteriors. As licensed general contractors, they also offer decking, fencing, and painting/drywall repairs too. Joe and Trevor are very personable and are humble in their approach; this is greatly valued. Attention to detail when cleaning up the work-site was/is provided to us, and this attention to aftercare is greatly appreciated.

  Exquisite Roofing and Exteriors were professional and responsive and did great work replacing the roof on my house. I’m in a new area for them on the MD eastern shore, but they coordinated everything and completed the project in one day - just a week after I first met with Trevor. Quick, quality work, professional crew and cleanup.

  Exquisite Roofing did a great job on our home. Very professional and efficient with no runaround or hidden fees. They even placed tarps around my car and in the ground, then followed up with magnets to pick up any loose nails after final cleanup. In and out in 8 hours!

  I only have positive things to write about this company! After researching quite a few companies, I definitely picked the right one! I had some extenuating logistical challenges in even scheduling the project. Trevor Vanmeter and his team worked with me right from the start! Mr. Vanmeter fully explained the roofing process and thoroughly answered the clarifying questions that I had. He also worked with me on pricing. Additionally, the professionalism that he and his team exhibited was greatly appreciated. So if you are looking for a company with fair pricing, timely installation and people who are personable and professional, choose Exquisite Roofing!

  If you're looking for a contractor, look no more!! We just had our kitchen re-done by Mr. Ben Setters and he is FABULOUS (e.g., new and reconfigured countertops, repaired cabinets, new cabinet pulls, new tile flooring, new lighting, and painting)!!! He did an EXCELLENT JOB, IN A TIMELY MANNER, FOR AN EXCELLENT PRICE!!! Ben was very patient, took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted, and brought our dream kitchen to life in about 9 days!! He even changed things that he had done when I changed my mind!! Can you believe that?? He also had great guys working with him, and they cleaned up nicely when they were done!! And oh yeah, while he was working on our kitchen, we noticed a problem with our roof, and Ben had a team there to replace our roof within a couple of days, and again, for a great price!! We will definitely call Ben for ANYTHING we need done around our house - inside or out!! Thanks, again, Ben!! You are the absolute best!!!

  Exquisite Roofing and Exteriors remodeled my new home from the painting, new walls, baseboards, trim, etc. They are extremely precise and did a wonderful job. My older home now feels brand new inside and I couldn’t be more thankful to them.
