The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Expert Roofing Solution LLC. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

This is my second review. I gave them 5 stars before because they were so great. I had a small problem, and they came right out and fixed it. It's great dealing with someone who cares about what they do. Try that with some company from Texas that shows up after a hailstorm and is gone in a month.

Ivan, Anthony and the entire crew did an exceptional job repairing a leak caused by substandard flashing. They also redid the crown on the chimney, straightened a gutter and added a downspout. I would without hesitation recommend them for any roofing issue.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Expert Roofing Solution LLC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
