  I had a leak in my roof, I spoke with Nate about fixing it. We made an appointment on Tuesday at 10 am. Nate called and said he is behind schedule and will be late, so I asked my work supervisor if I could be late a few hours that day. After Nate showed up he didn't even look at the leak he realized it's a few hundred dollars, a small fix, so he asked me if I am considering to replace the roof, I said no my roof is still in a very good shape just need to repair the leak. Only then he said he was busy and didn't have time for repairs, which is completely fine with me. My only question is why he didn't say that over the phone before we even made an appointment?? I don't appreciate wasting my time. I will never call them again.
