Martin was great! He quoted the job fairly and scheduled repairs timely. Prior to roof repair was made, it rained and he came out to do an interim fix on a Saturday! Reliable!

Thank you for the great feedback! We're glad to hear that Martin provided a fair quote, stayed on schedule, and went the extra mile to complete an interim repair. To protect your home before the permanent repair was completed. Reliability and responsiveness are what homeowners count on, especially when weather is involved. We truly appreciate your trust in Evans Roofing and your recognition of our team’s commitment to getting the job done right. Florida’s Trusted Roofers Since 1986.

My roof is barely new. It was built on 2020. However, the company that installed my roof did not do a great job in installing so after 4 years there was a leak in my roof. I called a roofing company to fix the issue but this roofing company just put a “band aid” on the part that was leaking. I called another roofing company, and when the supervisor came, he told me that I need to change half of my entire roof. I told him that I am not doing that since my roof is only 5 years old at that time. So I kept searching then I found Evans Roofing last January. The field supervisor came right away and started the work a week after. Evans Roofing worked so hard to find the root cause of the leak. Both Luis and the field supervisor were detailed and goal oriented. My roof has not been leaking since it was repaired. Thank you so much for your honesty, hardwork and dedication. You are all greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend your company.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and trusting Evans Roofing with your roof repair. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with ongoing leaks, especially on a newer roof and we're proud that our team took the time to properly identify the root cause rather than apply a temporary fix. Our team is committed to delivering honest assessments and long-term roofing solutions, and we're glad to hear your roof has remained leak-free since the repair. Your recommendation means a lot to our entire team. Thank you again for choosing Evans Roofing Florida’s Trusted Roofers Since 1986!

They fixed a leak in my roof on the same day after the water test. Found a leak, fixed it. Shingles match great to original color. Good job, reasonable price!
