What an experience with these guys!! I met Anthony Russo and he took care of me from start to finish. They got me the roof I wanted at the price I was comfortable with and even took some extra pictures under the shingles for my insurance. …

We could not be happier with Eustis Roofing Company. Not only were they incredibly professional but they went above and beyond to fix a preexisting issue they encountered that would have otherwise cost us more time and stress. From start to finish we have been extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend them!

From sales to install, this was a very transparent process. The fact that when you call the office they answer within 3 rings, pleasant people who you can tell care about your experience not just money in their pocket. Consultation with the sales associate was so easy. Thorough explanation of the state of the current roof, what they think will need to be done as well as an explanation of all of our options without pushing anything. From the point we signed the contract to installation was just a few days. Eustis Roofing had all of the materials on hand, enough crew to go around that it all took less than a week from calling for a quote to fully installed! One of life’s big pet peeves is when vendors don’t do exactly what they said they would, and that was NOT the case with Eustis Roofing. They showed up when they said they were going to, they followed up with timely communication, their estimates for long the roof would take were spot on! The team that did my installation were extremely professional and kind. I love when people introduce themselves and that was the first thing they did as they got out of the trucks in the morning. Handsome Mike was available all day and well into the evening to answer questions and to check on progress. I am still in shock that the whole team removed my old shingles, and put on a whole new roof in day! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in the Central Florida area that wants to feel like they are being taken care of by a family business and not a company that is just nameless faces.

We had them come out for a leak and they gave us an estimate of $2k. We agreed and they came out. It still leaks in the exact same spot. They came back out to fix it again and it didn't work. They were supposed to come back again and won't. No callbacks either. Update: Hansome Mike came out and fixed the roof issues. He is now the supervisor. I would now reccommend them. Thank you Mike for your fast response. Although it took time before Mike came out they did a good job. It pays to have the right guy come out and look.

Eustis Roofing was great! They had my roof done in one day. They cleaned up all the debris in my yard beautifully and were very cautious of my tortoise that lives in my yard! Handsome Sith Lord Mike was very helpful in keeping me informed about the process. He and Brandon also were great about working around my schedule which can be difficult! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a roofing company!
