  Hi Tarif, When you contacted us about the issue with your solar system, we sent a team out to inspect it. The inspection determined that the wiring had been damaged by rodents. This type of damage occurs over time and is unrelated to the roofing work or the solar reinstallation completed over a year ago. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship, but damage caused by animals is outside the scope of our work and warranty. – Empire Exterior Services

  I genuinely cannot understand how this company has five star reviews. Based on my experience, I seriously question whether some of those reviews are even real. To say this was a frustrating and disappointing process would be a massive understatement. My initial contact was with a representative named Abdullah in May of 2025. At first, he was responsive. He came out, took photos of my damaged roof, and said the photos were submitted to All Claims Pro. Nearly a month passed before I received an email from All Claims Pro stating they needed additional photos and that they had reached out to Empire Exteriors but received no response. When I followed up with Abdullah in late June, I specifically asked if he had given up on finishing the project. He told me no and said he simply had not had time to get back out to Winchester. In mid July, I asked again for an update and received a brief response of “still working.” I asked directly whether the photos had been taken and received no reply. By early August, when I followed up yet again, he seemed confused about what I was even referring to. At that point, I gave up on him entirely and decided to contact the owner. Over the next two months, I repeatedly tried to reach the owner, Stefan. I left multiple messages and received no return calls. Only after I finally posted a public review did I receive a very fast response. Stefan told me he was surprised by everything and assured me this was not how he ran his business and that Abdullah had not been with the company since the summer. To his credit, he immediately arranged for another representative, Jonathan, to come out later that same day to perform another inspection and take additional photos. That visit happened on October 15th. From that day forward, there was complete silence. No calls. No texts. No updates. Two full months passed without any communication of any kind.   Has a call center that doesn’t stop calling despite being told I’m not interested. Absolutely ridiculous

  The crew did a great job on our property -- metal roofs replaced on our home, barn, and outbuildings. They were quick to get the job done and all the workers were friendly and cooperative. Everyone compliments us on the work.

  Stefan and his team were extremely streamline with their process. They showed up on time, were very proactive for every small or big step along the way. My roof and gutters done by Stefan and his team have face-lifted my home completely and it looks awesome. Not only is the quality good but the work itself makes it perfection. I was very well taken care of and am extremely happy with the work done to my home.

  Empire replaced my roof and siding. I worked with Diana in the office. Stefan and Henry at my house. Crews all did an excellent job. My only negative was I hoped they could help raise the R rating on my home and they did not.
