Project was disconnecting my solar panels so new siding could be put on the house. This was done on Thursday, 16 April. The disconnection also turned off half the lights and outlets inside my house. When I e-mailed about that issue that evening, I got a reply with a suggestion for something I could do. I did it. It didn't work. I reported that it didn't work. You were supposed to come back on Tuesday, 21 April to reconnect. I heard nothing. I did try to get back in touch on Wednesday. Your man finally got back out here on Friday, 24 April and did get all power restored after a couple of tries. This was more awkward than for most people because I give music lessons in my home and had to do some real adjusting to make the studio work. I paid you $750 for this experience. Yes, it involved 2 trips but I think each "visit" took less than an hour. Does that really sound "reasonable"?

I had this company replace 2 roofs in 2024, less than 1 year later I call with an issue and ask someone to stop by and ensure all is well due to a leak. Unfortunately, $33k later, I get 3 no shows over 2 months of chasing them around.

I was quite disappointed with Falcon. Their representative inspected my roof and confirmed that I have extensive roof damage from storms and that I can get my roof replaced thru insurance. Based on their confirmation I submitted a claim. When the insurance company sent their inspector nobody from Falcon showed up. And eventually the insurance was rejected saying there was no storm damage at all. They said they are going to go ahead and dispute it with the insurance and that was the last I heard from them. This has been a big lesson for me!

Not sure what is slower, the insanely long wait for the estimate or the crazy wait for when they can begin work. Too many options in Fairfax for these clowns…

Couldn't be happier with the end results but to be far on this review it was a rough situation in the beginning but the team did what they promised.. I truly appreciate john for keeping me posted on everything it was very easy to communicate with the team. The company definitely delivered above and beyond I would definitely recommend them to others.

Karina, rough starts happen and what matters is how a team handles it. We're glad John and the crew came through on every promise made. Knowing the communication made a difference means a lot to us. Falcon Home Exteriors appreciates the recommendation and we'll be here if you ever need us again.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Falcon of removing the solar panels from my roof, and then putting the solar panels back up when the new roof had been put in place. The work was done as scheduled, and the workers left the property as clean and as neat as it was when they arrived. A Brock

Falcon Roofing absolutely saved this deal. After the appraisal came back requiring a full roof replacement before my client’s loan could be approved, we were under a major time crunch to get everything completed before closing. I called Falcon Roofing & Solar and they immediately got a quote over to us. Wes went above and beyond to squeeze us into their schedule last minute on extremely short notice. The crew showed up quickly, replaced the roof, and did an excellent job from start to finish. I highly recommend Falcon Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company that stands behind their work and delivers when it matters most. Thank you again for helping us get this transaction to the finish line!

Falcon was very prompt and intentional in removing the inverter and securing the equipment. A different worker reinstalled it and took his time ensuring everything was in working order before he left. Excellent workers.

If you don’t know this company, do yourself a favor and look them up. The stars aligned when I spoke to owner, Zeke, about my potential roof issues. I had recently had a very large, well known company check out the water damage in the attic/roof/closet ceiling, and not only did this unnamed company not even mention that there was mold in the attic, they never even followed up with me after the consultation (yet I still get marketing emails from them regularly??) Anyway, due to a wonderful coincidence, Zeke and his team came in within the same week to check out the situation, and not only found and addressed the mold immediately, they also worked hard to make sure our insurance covered all of the damage, (which was extensive due to roof replacement, chimney, attic, insulation and closet). This company knows what they’re doing and it shows. I am so grateful for their help, they literally saved us thousands of dollars! If you’re looking for roof repair or replacement, talk to the Falcon Roofing and Solar team before you go anywhere else!

Roof coating is one of the most cost-effective ways to extend the life of an existing roof heading into the fall — especially after a long Northern Virginia summer where UV exposure has done its damage. Falcon Roofing and Solar applies waterproof, UV-protective, and cool roof coatings across Fairfax, McLean, Great Falls, and the surrounding DMV area that add years of life to a roof that might otherwise need full replacement. We offer free inspections to tell you honestly whether coating is the right call before you commit to anything. Book your free inspection today.3 days agoBook
