  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. One of their workers stole a portable speaker i had left outside and they where unaware my wife spoke Spanish and heard them scoping out the nice TV's and computers, generator ect. They where scoping the place out sounds to me. So ive lived in fear of our place getting robbed since they did our roof. As far as there work goes, they where fast, and did a good job. Roof done in one day, i was quite impressed untill i found my speaker stolen and my wife said they where casing the place. its been over three weeks since they where here and the dumpster is still in our driveway.

  So I called Elo around 7 12 24 set a estimate appointment up the operator said Travis would show up in 2 days. Travis comes over takes a look at some outer truss damage I have told him I needed facia and soffit replaced etc. He didn't even pull out a ladder and get on my roof to measure it. Then I told him I needed to make payments I had $6 K to put down ! Now on facebook they are running a ad for NO MONEY DOWN PAY WITHIN A YEAR! So Travis tells me they don't do payments he'd try to set me up with a lender! Said he had my roof measurement info and I NEVER HEARD BACK from him! If they don't want to do payments why run that ad? I think I had too much work to be done here he only wants to do wam bam roofs maybe replace some plywood etc and take your money and move on! Don't waste your time calling them!

  Jeff Thiel’s and Victoria Rodriguez did a great job setting up my roof project. Jeff was at my house in a few days after I called and Victoria made sure everything went smoothly, the roofing crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning up the yard. I am very satisfied ELO was the right choice for my roofing project.

  The entire experience with ELO roofing was fantastic, from sale to installation. Their employees are all knowledgeable and attentive, and they completed the roof replacement in 1 day! I highly recommend ELO for your roofing needs.

  I have been extremely impressed with the Elo folks at each stage. Jeff Thiel was simply the best of the sales folks I talked to from various companies, explaining everything well and making sure I understood the options and pros and cons, etc. And Laura kept me apprised at each step. The communication was great. It all went as planned and without any problems and the price was great.

  This company is the BEST. They worked with me all the way. They were fast and very trustworthy worthy in replacing my roof. Laura was great in the office. I would recommend this company 100%.

  I am a licensed contractor and used Elo Roofing for a high-end spec home build. Tim was outstanding. He was on-time, attentive to details, managed any issues promptly, the roof product and price were exceptional. I highly recommend.

  The team from ELO was great! Robert was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He ensured the proper products were selected and explained all of the components. Kyle D. was the project manager and had a great rapport with the crew. He came by daily to keep me apprised of the progress. Laura was also with the project from beginning to end scheduling the material delivery, work start time, and document delivery. Communication was excellent by all parties involved, and they answered all of my questions. They had the process down to a science. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement!
