I am writing to share my experience with Elite Seal Roofing so that others can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. I never signed any agreement or contract for roofing work with Elite Seal Roofing. We were only in discussions prior to the sale of my home. Once my home was sold on April 3, I informed the company that I was no longer the owner and that any future discussions regarding roofing work would need to be directed to the new homeowners. After the sale, I obtained public records showing that a Notice of Commencement was allegedly signed and notarized one month and five days after I had already sold the property May 8th. The document contains a signature that is not mine and indicates that I personally appeared before a notary on a date when I was no longer the homeowner and was not even in the country. I have a copy of this document and the signature shown on it is fraudulent. I spoke with Antony, the owner of the company, regarding these concerns. Unfortunately, I found his response to be disrespectful and unprofessional, not only toward me but also toward my realtor. I also communicated with the company by email, and the interactions were "I will look into this and get back to you". Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do their homework, carefully review all documentation, and be alert for any potential fraudulent activity. I have reported this matter to the police.

I had to call one week later after the roof was supposedly fixed. It rained and water was still coming in the house from the same hole. We paid for someone to repair the ceiling twice due to the hole not being g fixed. There was no apology. I had to call for both visits to confirm they were still coming. I will not recommend.

  Reply from the business

We apologize for the error in communication. Repairs can require a second visit because water sometimes travels in areas unseen to the eye. To date, your 2 star review is the worst we have received and we thank you for the honest feedback. In the past three years, we have made every attempt to improve the customer experience at Elite Seal Roofing and have posted nothing but 5-Star Reviews (one 4-Star) as a result. Not every job can go perfectly and your review proves that. In the end, we were happy to complete the repair and learn from our mistake. We advise homeowners to focus on bad reviews first. 5-Star Reviews can be faked. No company fakes a bad review, which is why we are so thankful to you for standing out. It proves that Elite Seal Roofing is honest, human and at the same time, the highest rated roofing company in South Florida. Kind Regards, Elite Seal Roofing Inc

Working nights made it hard to find contractors willing to communicate on my schedule. Elite Seal Roofing was different - Jaime actually came out to pompano at 7am after my shift to do the estimate. Felt like they actually cared about making it work for me, not just themselves.
