I would not recommend this roofing company based on my experience!!! I hired Elite Roof Builders to install a new roof in December 2025, expecting a professional installation and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, the experience has been the exact opposite. The company subcontracted the work to another contractor who, in my opinion, was not qualified to perform the installation. Not only was the roof not installed properly, but additional damages were caused to my property during the project. Their dumpster damaged my driveway, and there was also damage to my deck. Instead of a straightforward roof replacement, I was left dealing with multiple issues and additional headaches. Shortly after the installation, I experienced a water leak that resulted in damage to my ceiling and walls. When I reported the issue, the company was slow to respond and showed little urgency in investigating the source of the leak. The situation became so frustrating that I had to hire an independent roof inspector at my own expense to document the issues and help convince the company to come out and inspect the leak and resulting damage. When the company finally conducted its inspection, they claimed that the leak existed before the new roof installation. This appeared to be an attempt to avoid responsibility for the damages rather than addressing the concerns raised by a customer who had just paid for a new roof. The company eventually completed several repairs identified on their punch list. During the repair process, their technician indicated that the brick-to-roof area appeared to be the source of the water intrusion. However, despite multiple requests, the company has refused to provide written confirmation regarding the source of the leak. Instead, they have become unresponsive to my emails and requests for clarification. To make matters worse, the roof continues to exhibit fish-mouthing shingles throughout various areas of the roof. Fish-mouthing is a visible installation defect a

The whole team at elite builders is absolutely awesome. They replaced a broken water heater for us. It was so easy. They even offered to come out later that day. They were extremely nice, clean, respectful and did an amazing job. You wouldn’t even know they were there after they completed the job. I highly recommend them for all your general contracting needs.
