  We had a leaking flat roof that was never done right by another company. I badgered the owner of Element Smart Roofing to PLEASE help me out, and despite the understandable misgivings that he really didn’t know what was going on under the leak he helped and then went above and beyond. Massive thank you to both Damon and Jose for their support. Jose: nicest fellow ever.

  These guys are absolutely amazing. Anytime I have a client that needs a live roof/ green roof system I call Element Smart Roofing. Damon is ver knowledgeable about the live roof systems and always delivers the most beautiful plants for these systems. I highly recommend this company for any flat roof systems and especially live roofs. They stand behind their work and actually back up the warranty on their roofing systems. Look no further, these guys are the best in the business.

  The Element Smart Roofing team (Damon, Jose, Adam and team) were all a pleasure to work with. Professional, kind, trustworthy, and we got a great green roof as a result. We worked with them for a relatively small project that some other companies wouldn’t take seriously but Damon was super responsive and helpful on guiding us through the process for installing a green roof so we could design for it. Super happy we found them and we’re really happy with the experience and the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

  Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Far and away the best experience you can ask for if you ever need roofing work. Their work is quality, and FAST. Damon is incredibly responsive and has earned my repeat business over the years as a rental owner in Seattle! I highly recommend them for fast, quality, no BS work. And they dont overcharge you!

  Hey Charlie, thanks for the review...I have to say, we re definitely NOT engineers, but we were able to configure a plan to make the repair on your roof work properly. Sloping flat roofs that have undulating surfaces can be tricky, and we just have just enough experience with them to build a drain plan for yours that works well, and did not require a complete tear off and new roof.

  Thanks to David and his great crew!! First, when we called with concern about a roof leak, the response was prompt. David examined and reported back to us in detail, explaining where the leaks were and the general health of our aging roof and skylights which had lasted ten years beyond its expiration date. David was helpful, informative and low key/no pressure. He brought shingle samples and discussed pros and cons of a the different options. He provided a prompt itemized estimate, and there have been no hidden costs or surprises. We decided to go ahead, a time was scheduled, and we were kept informed about weather contingencies. The crew was excellent. (Our neighbors commented on the work ethic they observed thru the days.) Clean up was thorough. And we are really pleased with how the roof and gutters look. We highly recommend Element Smart Roofing.

  We found ESR through a Google search to have someone local install a live roof on a new addition to our house in Redmond, rather than having the roofing shipped to us and install it ourselves. We're so glad we did! The ESR staff (especially Damon and Jensen) were friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to work with them. They responded quickly by phone and email, were able to adapt plans when needed, and went beyond our expectations. The live roof looks fantastic and is exactly what we wanted. The installation was done without fuss, and they fully cleaned the worksite afterwards. I can't recommend them enough, and we'll be engaging them for more roofing and guttering work in 2017. Thanks!

  I used Element Smart Roofing to repair my leaking roof. They were prompt, affordable and knowledgeable. They saved me time and money and were thorough and professional. I'll definitely use them again for repairs, cleaning, or when the time comes for a new roof.
