  The guys that done my project done just enough to say they did the job. I wouldn’t recommend ERT to anyone unless you want the bare minimum done at the maximum price!

  Very disappointing when you choose a contractor with great reviews, and then have an experience that’s completely the opposite. First and foremost, the (small!) job that was started Labor Day weekend has yet to be completed. We were quoted 1-2 DAYS. The work that has been done was of poor quality - Mismatched siding, repairs yet to be made, and they continue to schedule completion with us and then no show. There’s really no excuse. Incredibly unprofessional.

  Ms. Miles – I agree that we made a few mistakes which delayed project completion. The roofing portion of the project, if I recall correctly, was completed in a timely manner and well. The mistakes came into play when we purchased and installed the wrong type of siding for the siding portion of the repair. It did take a several weeks for me to get the siding issue corrected. However, I do believe we were able to source the correct siding and get it replaced and painted. Ultimately, the 11 sq roof repair and siding replacement was completed. We do apologize for the delays and mistakes made and believe that we were able to correct them with the new siding to your satisfaction and very much appreciate your payment in full.

  ERT was great to work with. They came out and gave us a quote which we were very happy with and ordered the materials and came back in a couple of days and completed the job in one day. I have a 3 story house and a 3 car detached garage. They cleaned up everything. They even reroofed my well house and the extended roof over my bay window. They were very professional and explained everything. I could not be happier.

  Service was great! Was glad they came out and provided a great price for replacing my roof. Was surprised how much damage was found underneath the shingles. The crew was very polite, repaired the damaged plywood, and installed new shingles all in a day! Highly recommend their services.
