I want to compliment John Basalyga and his entire staff at Eastern Roofing Systems. They did a phenomenal job with the new roof replacement on my parents home and garage. From start to finish , Rob Neubert , Eric Pugh and Brian Kavanaugh were professional, efficient , consistently kept me informed and coordinated everything smoothly. Their communication was clear throughout the whole process. The crew completed everything in just a day and were extremely thorough with the clean up ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New roof looks awesome. For a big house they were done in three days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We never had a surprise, explained what they were doing and what needed to be done before doing anything. Would definitely recommend them anyone looking for a new roof.

Easy and transparent process from inspection to last gutter installed. Quick and professional work crew, was kept informed of each step before the days came, and they have field pros come inspect and offer options rather than just a salesman. 10/10 would recommend.

My experience with ERS was exceptional from start to finish. From day 1 Brian showed up on time ,listened to our concerns ,discussed the best approach for our large roof project and delivered the quote on the day he said he would. After signing contract I was notified of a projected start date. The crew showed up on time everyday until completion. As supervisor, Brian was on site at least daily and updated me on progress ,encouraging questions, always returned calls and texts promptly. I was notified if something unexpected turned up, I was given options and the time I needed to decide. He was never pushy but did give his professional opinion. I was also given given drone pictures to view progress of stages of job which gave me a better understanding of the scope of the project which was done in 2 phases. I made my last payment when every detail was taken care of. Thank you again to Brian and his crew for going above and beyond every step of the way of this project ! It was refreshing to be able to deal with a trustworthy, caring team. Jeanne and Joe Sembrat
