I use them in the past I will give them apast decided to use them again. Chris took a long time to give me a quote for a small repair. Never sent the photos he got from the drone Despite me asking the price was high. I contacted the insurance company but Chris never responded

Hi Marjorie, We are disappointed to see this review and sorry you did not have a positive experience when getting an estimate for a second project at your home. It appears we got you an estimate within 48 hours after the visit by our Roofing Sales Advisor. Both the company representative and owner have attempted to contact you repeatedly to alleviate your negative experience, but you have chosen to be non-responsive. We are sorry we were not able to work together a second time, and if we can do anything to help, please let us know. -East Coast Roofing Systems Team

Please be cautious and don’t accept the first offer they give you! They initially came out and quoted me $39,000 for a 24-square roof, which was outrageous. After some back-and-forth, they suddenly dropped the price to $18,000, calling it a “July 4th discount” and 30-day special.” While $18K is actually a fair price considering the skylight replacement, I would not recommend this company due to their high-pressure and misleading sales tactics. Offering a quote more than double the final negotiated price is not just aggressive—it’s predatory. Please don’t fall for it. Always get multiple quotes and stand your ground

I had a great experience working with this roofera roofing company from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean throughout the entire process. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations—our new roof looks amazing and I feel confident knowing it was done right. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. There were no surprises, and they made sure I were completely satisfied before wrapping up the job. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely use them again in the future!

My wife and I were very pleased with everything from start to finish. Mike was very helpful explaining how they would replace the flat garage roof. He provided a reasonable estimate and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Marcus and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and completed the job that day. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything after completion. We would highly recommend this company.
