  Ask yourself if you want to trust something as major as a roof repair to a company that won’t return phone calls? I decided that it wasn’t worth it. I had a good experience with Elliot in the past with a repair for a rental property, but most recently when I called asking for a quote, he said he would go and take a look, but never did. When I called and left a voice mail to see what happened, he never responded. Seeing that others have had similar experiences, I concluded that maybe it was a good thing because if anything ever went wrong with the repair, I want the person to stand by their work. I roof is too value to expect otherwise. Good luck Elliot!

  I chose not on time because the worker driving their truck decides to RUN a red light cutting me off in Hyattstown... Be Better. Be more careful. Your NEXT stop is most important.

  Our roof was completely replaced three years ago. We were impressed at the time, but have had recurrent problems since that time and have received no response to repeated phone calls, messages, and emails. I would warn anyone who wants to use this company that they do not take care of their customers once they have your money.

  I contacted E.R. Roofing via their website for an estimate on my roof repairs. A few days passed with no response, so I called the # listed and spoke with Elliott and shared how I posted to their site with no response. He didn't seem to care that I had been left unanswered, but since I was in need of a roofer I went with it. I described that I needed an estimate on my roof and said I had pictures available that my homeowners insurance took and he said he will take a look at them and get back to me. I sent pictures not 5 minutes after our phone call, and it has now been over 14 days since I've spoken with him. I guess my roof wasn't in need of enough repair for him, but if that's the case at least be upfront about it and communicate to your potential customer. Leaving potential customers hanging is VERY unprofessional and now I'm going out of my way to ensure I leave a stink on all of their business profiles online. Hope it was worth it!

  I asked for an estimate via the website. He emailed the next day and asked if he could come by that evening and take a look. I said, provided my phone number (even though he also had it from my inquiry), and asked that he give me a call when he was on his way. Never heard from him again. Great customer service, you inconsiderate and unprofessional jerk.

  We had a new roof put in back in 2016. Had some leaks we noticed with all of the current rain. They determined that the leaks were caused by loose gutters that damaged the roof and not be because of the roof failing. They still fixed it as though it was under the 10 year warranty! I highly recommend a company like this that stands behind their work. Thank you!

  ER Roofing is amazing! I've had two of my homes reroofed by ER (asphalt shingles and slate roof) and 5 of my friends have used them for new roofs. In every case they came in under every competitors estimates, did a quality and thorough job, their crew very professional, cleaned up afterwards, and checked to ensure my satisfaction. I have recommended them to all the neighbors and my realtor. I don't think there is another company I would use than ER Roofing as they are proven and trusted. Thanks ER Roofing!!

  I’m a Trustee at my church. My church has consistently considered ER Roofing as our first contact for new roofing and roofing repairs for 5+ years. Elliott and his crew are honest and have done great work on the church shingled and flat roofs.

  E.R. Roofing came and replaced a lot of the front of the house trim that had begun to break down and rot. They were on-time, professional and kept a tidy job site. Let us know how long things would take and provided updates if it changed due to weather. Very happy with entire job.

  Excellent service, excellent pricing! Very patient with me getting HOA approval (took forever) but they were able to come out the following week to get it done and installed a brand new roof in half a day. Very professional and we’re good at picking up the trash also. Definitely recommend!
