  Dynamic Adjusting Firm LLC - Im writing this complaint based on the effort that was given By DAF LLC. At some point we came to an agreement with my home insurance and DAF LLC to get my roof fixed including gutter. The problem here is they left a huge gap on my siding which in the future if its not fixed ASAP it will cause Long term damages. Which again will cause MY ROOF to start LEAKING Again. I contacted the Representative from DYNAMIC, but still it has been 3-4 months and all they keep saying is we will get it done. I also called Dynamic Adjusting Firm LLC directly to their office , left a Voicemail but no one has ever tried contacting me. Im disappointed and Dissatisfied with the Urgency the put into their customers.

  I searched for a good roofing contractor for a long time before I found Dynamic Roofing. Every other company I called quoted prices that felt way out of line, and a few of them pushed me toward a full replacement without really explaining why. I was starting to think that was just how roofing works. These guys were different from the first phone call. They came out, looked at the roof, and explained what they were seeing in plain language. No pressure and no sales pitch. The price they gave me was noticeably lower than everything else I had been quoted. I was worried the lower price meant lower quality, but that turned out to be wrong. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked steadily the whole time. They also cleaned up the site properly, and when they were done they walked me around and showed me the work instead of just handing over a bill. The final invoice matched the estimate exactly. The roof has held up perfectly since. If you are tired of getting overpriced quotes, call them before you settle for something else.

  A portion of our home had severe black mold issues due to a hidden roof leak. Over an eight year period, the mold became worse with a mild mildew smell coming from a drawer that held towels. After confirming there was a mold issue that needed to be addressed, I contacted Dynamic Roofing. Tearing down drywall and removing the bathroom cabinet, there was black mold and wood rot everywhere. It took a few weeks to repair rotted frame work, drywall, insulation, siding and fresh paint. Dynamic Roofing repaired the roof portion, siding, gutters and paint work. Supervisor "Homer" and his two man crew were exceptional. Very professional, polite and on time. They spent ywo full days spent in 100+ degree Texas temperatures. An amazing job, crew and company. I highly recommend Dynamic Roofing for any type of roof repair. Thanks again Dynamic Roofing. Two thumbs up on a great job.

  I called dynamic Roofing Company to repair two newly developed holes in my roof. A highly experienced professional roofer found some other areas of potential leakage and took the time to intelligently explain to me in detail the repairs needed to prevent future problems. I agreed and the next day he returned with a co- worker. They worked for two days and repaired everything perfectly. Very reasonably priced. All kind, experienced, and knowledgeable. They are the very best. I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful! Service like this is very hard to find.

  We have used Dynamic Roofing for two projects and both turned out great. They installed new gutters on our whole house, replaced and repainted rotting siding and fascia, fully redid our deteriorating chimney, and refinished our front door. All of the work turned out great, and Nick is a great communicator. Thanks!

  Professional, easy and competent! Roof was done in 1 day (3200 sq ft with a very steep roof) which was great when you have dogs. Nick was easy to work with and handled everything! Even the cleanup was great. I would highly recommend Dynamic Roofing!

  It's unfortunate that severe hail storms are getting more frequent in North Texas but it's been a pleasure to work with Dynamic Roofing in 2016 when our home was devastated by soft ball size hail putting holes in the roof which came through the ceiling and again in March of 2025, when smaller hail wore out the roof, gutters, screens and vents again. The roof replacement was started at dawn and finished around early evening; a neighbor with the same size home across the street had his roof replaced a week before and it took that company a day and a half to finish the roof. The gutters and other ancillary items were all completed within a few days after the roof was completed. The preparation of laying tarps around the property and over some bushes prior to starting work, help make the clean-up exceptional. The roof, vents and new gutters look spectacular. We don't know when the next hail storm will be, but when it does happen Dynamic Roofing General Contractor will be on the top of my list to call after the insurance company.

  The guys from Dynamic roofing did a great job at my place helping to optimize my attic ventilation. Nick, Homer, and their crew finished installing about 10 new soffits and 8-10 box vents in addition to helping vent bathroom exhausts through my roof. They did the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up the area nicely. Overall, a solid performance!
