JC Martinez with was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and very easy to get along with. JC took the time to clearly explain every step of the roofing process. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood what needed to be done. His communication was honest, patient, and straightforward. I never felt rushed or pressured while speaking with him. He made the entire experience much easier and less stressful. I appreciated how knowledgeable and respectful he was throughout the process. JC truly cares about helping his customers and providing excellent service. I highly recommend JC Martinez and DWell Roofing to anyone looking for dependable and professional roofing service.

From start to finish JC Martinez was professional, punctual and his easy going personality made it so easy to work with him. He explained everything so easily. He worked with our insurance company to make sure they saw all the repairs needed. JC was always available to answer any questions we had. His crew was hard working and we had a new roof in one day. They were protective of our property and cleaned up everything after they finished the job. The total cost was very affordable and I will recommend JC and Dwell Roofing to anyone who needs roof services

Jordan did a great job on our roof. He went beyond what we expected. He inspected our whole roof and repaired everything, not just what we knew about. All at a great price. I will be using Dwell Roofing and Exteriors for all our needs. Thank you

Dwell did a great job installing my new gutters for a fair price. My rep from Dwell, Westley, was very responsive and easy to work with. I recommend them.

Josh and the team at Dwell were great to work with. Josh provided the quote and was able to get me on the schedule the very next week. Dwell completed a tune-up and fixed all the issues I called about and more!!! Great job by Josh and everyone at Dwell. Thank you, Natalie Smith

I highly recommend Dwell Roofing and Exteriors. They did an excellent job replacing old fascia, soffits, and siding; new paint and shutters gave the house a modern look. Communication was great, Westley kept me updated throughout the project. I’ve had communication issues with other companies, but not Dwell! Cali and Jose were always willing to make adjustments and checked with me to make sure I was happy with their work along the way. They cleaned up so well each day, you wouldn’t even know the house was being worked on when they left. I cannot thank you all enough for a job well done. Do not hesitate to go with Dwell Roofing and Exteriors, you won’t be disappointed!

Dwell Roofing is always so easy to work with! JC came out the next day to look at our roof and give us an honest assessment of what was needed (including pictures to show where we had damage). The work was scheduled and completed within a week, and looks great!

We had a great experience with Jordan. He helped us diagnose and fix a major leak in one of the windows. He was communicative and helped us understand exactly what was going on. I would highly recommend working with Dwell and Jordan!

Hi Tyler, Thanks for your support and taking the time to share your experience with Jordan and Dwell Roofing! Sometimes leaks can be difficult to identify, what might appear to be roof related is a window or masonry issue or vice versa. I'm glad we were able to get it identified and fixed. Thanks again,

Used them for full roof replacement several years ago. Just used them again for routine maintenance. Excellent experience. They were able to get out same day (I know, not always going to happen, but still nice). JR was great to work with. Very thorough and professional. He even followed up after weekend weather to make sure everything was good. Definitely the first place I will call next time I need roof work done.

Can’t say enough good things about this team. JC Martinez was fantastic from start to finish. Super communicative and kept in touch everyday from scheduling through the post project follow up. The team worked fast, kept the worksite clean, and the repairs have held up wonderfully through a few nasty storms over the past few weeks. Great value, very professional, and super high quality work. Dwell will be my only roofing and exterior company I use and my first referral!
