  We have a mutual client, and the company left the permit open and uninspected. This is preventing future work from being done on the home. The company is not only unresponsive, but is ACTIVELY IGNORING AND REJECTING inquiries on getting the permit closed out. Not simply unprofessional, but rude and inconsiderate. DO NOT HIRE.

I have searched your name in our in box even with a basic Last name in subject field but I show no Rotz email. Without more information I cannot assist you please allow me to. Please either reach us on FACEBOOK where you are welcome to make a hello comment or review. That helps me see you & where i can message you directly. Are you calling the MAIN line ? 727-831-4684? We do have some people who try to call back lines that ONLY can call out and do not take incoming calls or they are calling a Foreman's line because they didn't block the number out sometimes people save it as a number they think works but ONLY the office line that we advertise takes incoming for the company . We are always thankful for the opportunity to serve you.

  DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I have huge leaks in my ceiling with water stains all over. They never came to fix the issue and have avoided my calls. Protect yourself and choose someone else!

  Warning. If you hire this company, do not expect them to stand by their work. I have a 2 year old roof that was leaking. It has been 25 days since my original call and email. I have never received a call back and the owner takes forever to return an email. After multiple emails he finally said, we were there Thursday (doubtful). I asked what he found and still no response. A simple notice on the door or a follow up call meets bare minimum customer service expectations. I am gonna file a formal consumer complaint if this issue is not resolved.

  Mr Dpiazza, I apologize you feel this way and yes If i made an appointment and no one showed up I would as well be upset. I looked by name and see no record or your name on the march 4th calendar and I see 6 people with appointments and all of them were done. It took some looking but I found you on a online system called Thriyv making and appointment. I have called that company and had that disabled I do not now why that system was making appointments for us. We NEVER asked it to or wanted it to. It certainly didn't let us know about the estimate time it offered you. We certainly never confirmed it or sent a except. I only found it cause going back threw emails with a comb to see if I saw your request sense its not on call log, I saw what looked like spam or junk mail some system telling me it customers to give me if I paid for the service. I do not open or deal with those. I am sorry you did not get the estimate you wanted, I am very sorry you waited for us and got no assistance and I am even more upset that that system was offering appointments for my business it did NOT have permission to do and now we have got a bad review out of it as well. Do you know the name of anyone you spoke to? I am saddened you've had this experience with us due to this but I have called that company and emailed them to NEVER do that again so we can be sure to avoid it in the future.   John, I wish we could have resolved this issue sooner. However people had left reviews but no one ever called or left message of what area and time these things happened or a license number and we have 7 vehicles on the road. We had a meeting (several threw out) about this issue but of course no one owned up to it, everyone saying it wasn't them. So we went ahead and put USFleet tracking devices on all the vehicles (Without the knowledge of the drivers) Only a verbal warning that we would be doing something to resolve this issue. We had to review it for several weeks but we were able to see who the driver was that was not sharing the road and becoming a problem for other drivers. Our name is on that truck! So we didn't feel after several complaints that simply not allowing him to be a driver would be the correct course of action. We cannot always be there to enforce that and we wanted to make sure our other employees understand this WILL not be tolerated. That employee was terminated and warned in the future if someone calls for a reference we will disclose that he should not be aloud to drive for that company. We have had the same employees for years and this was hard on our hearts to do but our communities safety and respect is important to us. We truly apologize that it took so long to locate the problem. Durbin Roofing promises this community to keep this service on the vehicles and review it often (Tough it does notify us immediately of speeding) We promise to stay vigilant and make up what this employee has tarnished as well as us for having him on the road period. I hope in time you will see this complaint does not show up anymore. Please except our apologizes for the inconvenience he caused you and that it took us as long as it did to find the driver. Again, we plan to keep the service so we can always pin point who was driving on any day any complaint could come threw but we will make sure to do our best to see that never has to happen!

  My experience at Durbin roofing and waterproofing was excellent. Brandon provided such awesome service and was very helpful. This is a company I can trust and very affordable!!!

  Brandon and his crew were very reasonable and thorough. Our permit got screwed up for recording, but that was only due to the County dealing w Covid 19, they would come highly recommended....

This COVID has truly affected everyone and so MANY small family companies that have managed to stay open somehow threw so much lose still have so many hurdles to try to jump while still trying to give great service. Permit closing (which use to be done in person) went to 100 photos and emails each inspection (even in some cities that have no online system or portals ) so we literally have to use emails. So everyone is getting so backed up we appreciate you baring with us and allowing us to get it taken care of even though it was close for you. Thank you !

  We needed the flashing replaced on a skylight. Durbin was one of three quotes we got. They were the lowest, and we hired them. They did an excellent job. They came on schedule, worked diligently, and cleaned up perfectly. It is sometimes hard to find a service company to come out for the smaller jobs, especially a company who doesn't give a surcharge for a small job. Thank goodness for Durbin. They treated our job with the same respect they would treat a large job. And their price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

  Durbin Roofing did a quality job on my roof repair. Brandon and his team are very professional. They arrived in the morning and completed the repair the same day. If it hadn't been for seeing the new roof I wouldn't have even known they were there. The work and clean-up were amazing. They were prompt and courteous.

  I got multiple quotes from highly recommended roofing companies before I met Brandon from Durbin Roofing. He not only gave me the most fair quote, he showed me exactly what needed to be done and why. He has taken care of the problem and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.   Sir, I have a recording (This business has cameras) off you coming on to our property and threatening our employees. You and your wife were in the middle of the road walking and we did our best to go around you but these are HUGE trucks (& Loud) So I understand them making you feel they were to close and though we were cautious of you and your wife we cannot drive up into peoples lawns because you think the middle of the road is pedestrian sidewalk and you didn't want to move to the side at all. You threatened our workers and came up on our property so yes a few of them had to actual chase you off the lot because we have woman in this office and a customer hear that you were scaring. If you insist on harassing us I will call the cops as again this company has cameras all over it and you trespassed on our lot screaming at us from the start. You only started to pull your phone out as the got you off our property I have the whole thing from start to end. I will gladly take your one star approval and even offer you my sincerest apologizes, TRUELY, you felt wronged and I understand that and even being upset is within your right. just leave our workers and office ladies alone an be on your way. Please note this reply is us telling you if you trespass on our company property again we will call the law for trespassing and harassment. If you have issues with this company than take appropriate channels (such as this was) but do not scare the ladies of the office or our customers that is truly low.
