I was very pleased with the work done by Brian and his crews. He replaced my shingles, then my siding. His estimates were accurate and he communicated exactly what needed to be done. I have received a number of compliments on the job he did. I would not hesitate to recommend his company.

Very fast response. I called him on a Monday, and he answered the phone and told me he would take a ride out to my house that day. I had a quote the same day. He told me he had an opening that same weekend. They were in and out in one day. Dumpster was gone the next morning. Roof looked great. Pricing was good as well. Nearly half the cost of an estimate I got from one of the larger roofing companies, and that was five years ago.

Brian and Mary at Duke renovations get the call for all the work I can't do myself on the exterior of our home. They truly focus on quality of finish and correct installation methods. If they do the job it will be done right and they'll stand behind it.

. I called Duke Renovations Because of all the rain we’ve had here in West Chester , the gutters became clogged and I had a major event , both bathrooms became flooded. I was up all night mopping up the water .Brian had done some work for me before ,I was hoping he could help me out .He came within 15 minutes. Found and fixed the problem , he did the job quickly and professionally, Brian is now , my KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR. I would call Brian again, and I will recommend him to my friends.

Brian is a very relatable guy. He’s honest about the work that needs to be done and is always competitive with pricing. Duke roofing and renovations took off and replaced our entire roof, including electrical, in one day. They even replaced the roof on our shed so everything would match. We highly recommend getting an estimate from Duke for any roofing or renovation needs! A++

Choosing Duke Renovations proved to be one of best decision's we've ever made regarding the Renovations to our Home. Our project was large and detailed. I was about to hire another very reputable contractor who has done many projects on our home but to my surprise, because of the amount of work and all aspects involved, he recommended Duke Renovations. He told me I would be very satisfied with the end result. HE WAS RIGHT! Every aspect of my project was handled extremely well. The attention to detail, quality of work, efficiency and timelines of the project, and of course the "end product" was outstanding. The amount of upfront work, meetings and planning done by the owner (Brian) was amazing. His professionalism throughout the project from start to finish was refreshing. Everything I asked for from the company was handled well. I do not right reviews very often, this is one I looked forward to sharing. Good luck on your project!
