Drew helped us after the hurricane. He did a great job with our roof. After that the work was a mess and the communication was poor. I would recommend him for roofs though.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I sincerely apologize for the communication issues you experienced after the roof work was completed. While I take full responsibility for not following up as closely as I should have, the breakdown was due to a subcontractor, and I regret that it caused frustration on your end. That said, I truly appreciate your recognition of the quality roof installation. Your experience is important to us, and I’m taking steps to ensure that communication with subcontractors is more seamless moving forward. If there’s anything I can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I value your trust and hope to work with you again in the future.

My dad hired them to repair his roof. I was there that weekend and BLOWN away at the price, but assumed it was a full roof on the 1800sqft house. Apparently it was just a few patches. Plus they missed that there was a broken rafter. 6k for a few patches on a small house reeks of elder abuse.

If you look at the estimate you will see all the work that was done. We replaced an entire section of roof (7sq) with drip edge as well as 8 pieces of ply wood in that area! You will also see we replaced 30ft of Facia boards and 6 different sections of Soffit Boards (8pieces) painted as well. In these other sections there was a chimney leak, due to not wanting a full replacement we replaced a piece of framing & plywood, by removing a small section of shingles. The flashing was redone and sealed. As well as 3 other areas where we had to replace 4 rows of shingles to replace the plywood in these sections. There was all this work done and proof.

I would definately call Drew Renovations if you are in need of reliable source for home renovations. His crew is very knowledgeable, friendly and cooperative at all stages of the project. I had them replace a flat roof that was part of a complex roofing system, consisting of tile, standing seam and flat roof systems all on a house built in 1894. I used to be in trades myself so I know what a competent subcontractor looks and performs like and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Drew Renovation did fantastic work fixing our siding and rotten framing. From start to finish, communication was excellent. They were responsive and kept us in the loop the whole way through. The crew was respectful and professional, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up the work area every single day, which we really appreciated. After our final walkthrough, we noticed a few small things we wanted addressed, and they took care of every one of them without any pushback or hassle. Overall a great experience from start to finish. We'd hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing siding or framing repairs done right.

Andrew is one of the last remaining honest contractors in North Carolina. If you want someone who doesn’t ghost you with lack of updates after your deposit, easy to work with through changes, and honestly very fairly priced for the service he provides.. look no further. 10/10 would recommend.

Drew renovations did a great job on our metal roof. It was a challenging job site and the crew did a good job keeping things tidy. We had some other jobs that they did a great job on and the painters were good as well. I would certainly hire Drew again.

They did a jam up job. Matched the new shingles with the old ones…almost perfectly. Can barely see the difference. They were on time and polite and professional. I highly recommend them.
