When I initiallly worked with this company through Elizabeth the project manager in Nov. 2023 the service was timely and efficient but since recently (she doesn’t work there anymore) the customer service has gone down immensely. It’s been like pulling teeth to get requested information. such as recently I asked for proof of the Warranty that was promised to come with my roof in writing. They hardly ever answer the phone and when someone finally did she said she’d call me back with the information I need but never did. I don’t usually write negative reviews and try to work with people but I do not appreciate the carelessness being displayed. Note My previous initial review “Dream Team replaced my roof in a timely manner and did a great job! They also gave me honest prices. Elizabeth was very attentive and always accessible ✨”
