These guys are the real deal. I was working with another company "Expert" who promised the world. They had their trucks all up and down my street after the storm. Talked about how great they are dealing with insurance companies. Well, once SF said no, they were silent, wouldn't even take my calls after a while and about 15 months later, the name I kept hearing was "John Farenzena". Everyone had the same story. He took their failed claim that the insurance did not want to pay for, that no one else could do anything with and got it all taken care of. Sure enough, Called John, about a month later, the insurance was paying for everything. I didn't just get new siding, I also got new soffit and fasica and a new entry door. Couldn't have had a better experience. Just wish I would have asked around vs go with the guy knocking on my door, this would have been done a long time ago and saved me the headache, stress and frustration.

John is a true business man who is honest and goes out of his way to assure the best service for his customers. I would recommend his company if you are looking for a company that cares about its customers and makes their concerns top priority.

We're so glad we choose these guys to replace our three layer shingle roof. Max and John are the best. Very honest company. They even replaced our gutters when the insurance denied including the gutters in the claim. Definitely recommend them!!

We have used Dragon for gutters, siding, windows and some repair work over the last two years and it is always impeccable quality and John and Max make it easy to work with them. Miguel and Jonathan went well above and beyond what we expected and we highly recommend them and Dragon any time!

So pleased with the transformation of my home. It looks amazing. John followed through on every aspect. He liaised with the insurance company and the mortgage company so I didn’t have to. His knowledge and expertise made the experience relatively painless. Definitely recommend this company. I also need to mention that Max was so very helpful to me. He always responded and kept me apprised of any changes. Very efficient. And I really appreciate that.
