Absolutely not reliable company! Made an appointment with a person over the phone for 12:00pm . I also mentioned that I have an appointment to go to and must leave at 1:00pm which he said no problem. I received a message about scheduled inspection 12:00-12:30pm. Well, nobody came at 12:00pm so I called to them at 12:15pm what’s going on . Person who I spoke to told me that 12-12:30 was just an arrival time and he will come at 12:30 and after that it takes about 1 hour to do the inspection. I was offered to reschedule for a moment and then a moment later I was told that they will cancel the appointment and they don’t want to do anything in the future. I advised that I will leave appropriate review for this incident which ended up with a threat of leagal action against it.

They replaced my gutters and did a high quality job. Ruben was very communicative and the job was done in a very timely manner.

We brought A Grade in to identify and fix a few leaks around our house. They were able to find the root cause in one visit, and fix them all in another. No leaks since!

Ruben and his team at A Grade Construction are great. I used them on multiple occasions to fix blown shingles from my old roof. They responded quickly and got the job done the next day. Would definitely work with them again.

It's rare that you find people in the construction industry genuinely concerned with the quality of their work. Ruben visited my garage after the crew finished, and before I even said anything to him told me it wasn't good enough and they …

I was immediately impressed by Ruben's expertise when I first called for assistance. As a relatively new landlord, a leaky roof is at the top of the list of things we don't want to happen. Ruben but my mind at ease with how he explained everything and but my mind even more at ease when the source of the leak was properly identified and repaired. He even threw in a 1-year warranty to validate his confidence in the quality of his craft. Down the road when I tackle the full roof replacement, I'll be sure to contact Ruben. Highly recommend. 5/5.

I had been trying to get professionals on the phone all over the place and when Ruben called me back I immediately felt like I was in sure hands. He was incredibly helpful over the phone, and spoke to me with detail and transparency. They went out and did a drone inspection without me needing to be present. Could not be more grateful for their customer service.
