  Hi Carolyn, thank you for reaching out to the Don Kennedy team. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concern. We want to clarify how our flyers are distributed. Our company does not place flyers in mailboxes, and no one from our team physically handles or accesses residential mailboxes. We also do not have access to individual home addresses. Our mailers are sent through the United States Postal Service using their Every Door Direct Mail service. With this program, we simply select the ZIP codes or postal carrier routes we want to reach, and the USPS handles the entire delivery process. The mail pieces are delivered by a postal worker along with regular mail. Because of this process, we do not see or receive a list of homeowner addresses, and we cannot target or access specific homes. The Postal Service distributes the mail within the selected area on our behalf. We understand that receiving promotional mail can sometimes be frustrating, and we appreciate you reaching out so we could explain how the process works. We hope this clears up the misunderstanding about how the flyer arrived in your mailbox.

  I recently used Don Kennedy Roofing for repairs on my roof. Shane Taylor came out inspected my roof and made an estimate on the spot. The service was scheduled and completed on as they promised. Communication with the company was easy and efficient. Will use them again for sure!

  Vernon did a great job, he worked nonstop. He replaced a roof over an add on patio. It was in rough shape when he started but looks good as new now!! I would highly recommend this company!
