  Went with Langley for a new roof in July of 2026. Communication was poor from the start. I had to reach out two days prior to our scheduled date to see shingles. They sent me a website link to pick, never saw anything in person or met anyone in person beforehand. Job took two days, during which they left shingles on my grass and cooked it in a circle around my house. Langley has tried to skirt taking responsibility by saying it should grow back “pretty aggressively” in a week. Project manager never even visited the site during the actual job. So ultimately, I really don’t understand all the positive reviews of Langley. I mean, if you want them to cook your grass and then gaslight you about it, by all means: Edit: As of July 10, 2026, Langley is refusing to pay for any of the grass they killed. I am also adding a picture of a giant pile of trash they left in my driveway for days after the job was finished. So, again, if you want to have your yard destroyed and sharp materials left around for your kids to play on, go with Langley.

  My experience with Langley Roofing has turned into a miserable one. I went with Langley because of the big name and all the great reviews. I thought that they would stand behind their work, and I would be in good hands with such a big company. That has not been the case. Two and a half years ago they re-shingled my roof and installed new gutters. After that amount of time, I realized I had a leak that had been running down a bedroom wall, into a closet, and onto the ceiling of my garage. Over the years, there were times I found the closet carpet soaked, but I had a gecko in there and though the kids has spilled water or something. Finally this year, the leak was severe enough to make it down to my garage, leak onto the door opener, and trip the gfci. It turned out to be a piece of flashing installed upside down and with the overlap backwards. Water only backed up past the flashing in extremely heavy rains blowing the right direction. Langley was quick to come out and diagnose. I asked if they would do anything for the years of damage to my home. Maybe some new closet carpet to help with the musty smell, and I could live with the water stains in the garage. They had a couple guys fix the flashing and do a bit of caulking "as a favor to me". Now they won't return my calls, voicemails, texts. I've been asking for their pictures and a written statement of the repairs that had to be made. This roof was installed in one day. It was stripped in a day, and all the new material went on the the next. That crew busted their behinds from sunup to sundown. The nail guns were still ripping at full speed when there wasn't really any light left. It seemed rushed. The gutters were the same way. They weren't prepared for the gutter job with the leaf catchers I asked for. See the pictures. I had these plastic ones dumping water all over my woodwork for months.   This company needs to tell their workers that business trucks are race cars. Driver number 67 cut me off aggressively for absolutely no reason today as if he is in a rush to nowhere.

  Langley accommodated a tight deadline and performed well when replacing several shingles on my roof. The reason that I am providing a low rating is that the company’s accounting and back-office processes were so disorganized and deficient that the resulting headaches overshadowed its initial performance.

Regarding the billing concern, the services were approved by you in writing and completed as agreed in September 2025. While the invoice was issued later than intended due to an internal system issue, that timing does not change the obligation to pay for completed work. We made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally. We stand behind both our workmanship and our business practices, and we remain available to close this matter promptly.

  The entire Langley team was fantastic from the project manager to the roofing team. Everything was done timely and done right. The cleanup was better than expected and I would highly recommend Langley.

Gio and Marcus were wonderful to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and everything turned out great.   Everything went flawless , starting with Brian doing the roof assessment and quote and ending with the install crew cleanup . Really liked the photos texted to me when they incurred an issue and got my concurrence immediately for the solution .

  They did a whole roof replacement in two days. The crew worked tirelessly. Some minor touch-ups needed on clean up, but with communication they raced to fix any issues. They did competent work. I wasn’t motivated to leave a review, until I saw a neighbor get a roofing job from another company. They left materials on the lawn for days to kill the grass and took several more days do a smaller job. I realized just how much more painful it could have been. Thanks for the good work.
