  You don't even deserve a 1 star. You have 1 guy doing my roof! He keeps stopping and going on his phone. Why doesn't he have help? Then you say you are getting back with us when we complained at 130pm, and it's after 4 now! Don't use them this is bad service. Def wouldn't recommend them at all

  Sentri Roofing was recommended by our insurance agent, and they came out in April to assess our roof for an active leak we are experiencing. The sales rep, Michael, provided a proposal with two full replacement options and one repair option: a panspot valley repair. I discussed the options with Michael, who explained that the panspot repair is the new standard for steep slopes that dead-end into dormers, and that it would also be included in a full replacement (he even sent photos of such a repair). Since our roof is only 12 years old, we decided the repair alone would be sufficient. I signed the contract and paid a deposit after having to follow up with them several times just to stay on track. The work was initially scheduled for early May, but two days before the appointment, I received a call saying it would need to be pushed back due to weather — which was understandable. They promised to call within a day or two to reschedule. After two weeks with no updates, I reached out to the sales rep (no response), then to the install team via text (again, no response), and finally called the office. I was told they'd look into it and get back to me shortly. Another week passed without any communication before I followed up again, and only then was I informed that they were not able to perform the repair they originally proposed. At that point, I demanded a refund of my deposit and told them I would be taking my business elsewhere. They refunded the deposit in a timely fashion. What’s baffling is that they claimed this panspot repair is a new standard — even included in full roof replacements — yet somehow they couldn’t execute it on our home. Why propose a repair they’re not equipped to perform? The deposit was tied up with them for nearly two months while our roof continued to leak. I would never recommend Sentri Roofing to anyone. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through was absolutely unacceptable.

  Careful they'll tell you you can do monthly payments and then after they've done the job tell you that you aren't approved for those monthly payments and then send you to a collection agency that calls you constantly everyday threatening you.

  I contacted this company two times about a problem with the job they did. They promised to have someone come and look. Never heard from them.

  Took over a week to get an estimate and only recieved the estimate back when I had to call and ask for it.

  This is a great place to get a roof installed if you want to pay $8000:00 for a $5000:00 roof , this company also damaged my guttering on my house and WOULD NOT even offer to replace them , I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SENTRI ROOFING AGAIN , and will discourage anyone else to do any kind of business with them , THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE INSURANCE COMPANYS , companies such as this is why our insurance premiums keep going up.

  When I contacted Sentri Roofing I was met with professional and timely service! They were able to work with me and take into consideration my time restraints, and work this into the scheduling. After all work was done, I received all photos of the completed work directly forwarded to me. I highly recommend this roofing company for all your roofing needs!
