Terribly rude people all around this company and others close by!

    Reply from the business

John, we’re not exactly sure where this came from or why. We don’t have your name in our system anywhere. We like to think that we are both kind and understanding people so if someone from our company was rude to you we’d certainly like to know about it. Is there a chance that you have the wrong company? Was there something that prompted you to write this review at 2:21 AM this morning? If there is something we can help resolve please reach out to Michael Moore, the owner at 719-217-9949. We’d appreciate the opportunity to do so. Thanks.

Contacted the company and immediately felt like they didn't want my business. I gave them my info and they haven't called or email me. Just as I expected, oh well I guess I'll go somewhere else.

    Reply from the business

Mr. Haloo, our records show that you called us only 16 hours prior to writing this review. As I read the notes from that call, there was apparently some confusion about who was emailing who. My receptionist said that she offered to email you so you could simply reply, but you said you had our email address and that wouldn't be necessary. If the confusion was on our end we certainly apologize. Nonetheless, we have emailed you this morning and if for some reason you do not receive it you can can email us anytime at info@DivineRoofingInc.com Optionally, you can always reach the owner at 719-217-9949. We are of course interested in your business and will help any way we can. Thank you. EDIT 09/25/18: We are glad we were able to finally make contact and we appreciate receiving your signed contract. We will be in touch shortly as to schedule and look forward to installing your roof. Thank you for your business.

Saw one of their drivings flick a cigarette butt onto dry grass during our Fire Ban. Was super disgusted by the carelessness. Edit: I took a picture of the truck. When I got next to it we were on Nevada heading south past University Village. If the number you gave me can take pictures I can send it? The driver was an older man wearing bright yellow

    Reply from the business

Ally, if this was in fact one of our drivers we certainly apologize. We will speak to the team Monday to re-emphasize how this behavior will not be tolerated. Could you please call our office at 719-465-1835 so we can get more information … More

I really don’t like writing negative reviews but this week the final straw forced me to, which I will get to later. The experience I had with Divine Roofing was quite bad to say the least. The salesman didn’t do things he promised he would and in fact lied to me numerous times. The morning of the install no one from the actual company showed up except for the non-English speaking independent contracting crew that I tried to communicate the specs of the agreement to. Yes it called for flashing that they had no intention of installing. Too bad, we no speak English. I called and called trying to get someone from Divine to show up and the salesman told me numerous times he was on his way, but he really wasn’t. They used a leaf blower when done to clean off debris from the roof. Well the crew refilled their leaf blower on the roof and spilled gasoline on the newly installed shingles. The crew never said a word about it. Oh yeah, no English. Lucky I went on the roof and found it myself. When the actual company employees showed up, after the roof was pretty much done, they made them install flashing, but really couldn’t do it properly after the fact. They agreed to replace the gasoline damaged shingles. I also found that they punched a hole through my gutter while tearing off the old roof. To Divine’s credit they did replace that section of gutter and replaced the gas soaked shingles. The clean-up was subpar and I spent the next day cleaning my yard and decks of debris. Now for what prompted this last straw event. I have noticed that there have been quite a few nails showing up at the outlet drains from the down spouts. The drain pipes are buried. The last heavy rains we’ve had the gutters have been overflowing. I cleaned them as they do get leaves and sticks etc. from the trees, but it didn’t help. What I found happening is that there were more plastic cap nails down in the curve of the downspout that created a dam and therefore the water couldn’t drain

Before I bought my last home, my inspector recommended I have a professional roofer come out and inspect the roof as he thought there were a few areas where water access may be an issue. Divine Roofing was contacted to do a roof-specific inspection, and concluded that there were no issues with the current roof. Within 15 days of purchasing the place, I noticed the drywall ceiling was already beginning to sag, due to water damage coming in from a preexisting hole in the roof along the flashing near the chimney. I called Diving Roofing to inform them that they had failed to properly assess the state of the roof and notice the leak. After several days and multiple phone calls, they finally sent someone out and this time confirmed that it was indeed leaking along some of the flashing and had been for some time, evidenced by rotting wood at the leak site. Because I would have not bought a home with an active leak in the roof, I expected Divine Roofing at the very least to apologize and work with me to figure out how to fix the issue. Ideally, they would have offered some sort of discount or priority on services to fix the leak that they failed to identify. I received neither an apology nor an offer for any sort of remediation. Instead, Divine Roofing insisted that they only inspected the roof itself, and since the flashing wasn't technically part of the roof (even though it was in the MIDDLE OF THE ROOF), they were standing by their previous assessment that they did a fair and proper inspection. The bottom line is this: If you want a roofer who only stands behind the shingles themselves, but will quibble about their responsibility to identify or fix any other portion of a leaky roof, then maybe Divine Roofing is for you. If you expect a responsible roofer who cares about providing reliable and quality service, you definitely want to look elsewhere.

Was in need of a complete roof replacement for three properties. Drove about 20 miles to the Divine Roofing office to research their operation. Receptionist was weirdly hostile and rude. We left our phone number for a follow up call from the owner to speak to him. The call was never returned. After waiting four days we went to a different roofer.

Divine Roofing installed our roof about 10 years ago, and I've been very happy with the level of service I've had. When I've called Mike to take a look at how it is holding up, he responds quickly to make an appointment to inspect it. He takes all the time that's needed to thoughtfully respond to any questions I have. Great customer service!

Michael Moore and Divine roofing is an awesome company! They replaced my residential home roof and skylights after a 4.5 inch hail storm damaged the area sinificantly. From the 1st contact inspection, the written estimate, to the lovely ladies that greet you and anwser the phones, to signing the contract, and to the actual repair work.......you know you're being taken care of! I've had my roof replaced twice before and the end result is like night and day. Watched them every step of the way, they did it right, no short cuts, and even went above and beyond what was required! When I had a question on materials, or the way it was done thier production manager came out personally to explain the process and to make sure it was done to they"re standard. As a retired 1sg, it's hard to impress me but.......these guys did! All my nieghbors and friends asked for they're card. When you drive around the nieghborhood my roof stands out, and alot of roofs have been replaced! And the cost and materials are above reproach. Give them a call, you"ll be suprised! I have to rate themA++++ and give them 7 stars!

This was the only company that answered my call to discuss my project on the weekend. Then the owner blew my mind when he said he could get my entire roof completed before the end of the week. The pricing was exceptional, they worked within my budget, helped me understand my insurance claim, and even did the required permitting. Besides the amazing roof, which happens to match my homes color scheme, this company delivers professionalism, punctuality, and customer service. Put this contractor at the top of your list.

This GAF shingle roof looks great in Barkwood. The homeowners did a fantastic job of picking the color. It really improved the home’s curb appeal. Not only that, but they’re saving a ton of money on their insurance premiums because this is a Class-4 Impact Resistant Roof, and they also received our standard 10-year workmanship warranty. 7 days agoBook
