The only one or two-star review we hold for Distinct Exteriors LLC.

John came to the house to give us an estimate on our roof. Nice guy, very personable. Said roof could be done by end of April. By middle of October we still didn’t have a roof. There was no communication as to why it was taking so long or what was going on. Decided next year to go with someone else. Would not recommend them.

Jim, I apologize you feel you had a bad experience with us, I talked to you the last 2 times you called into the office. In fact last week when you called I mentioned John reached out to you back then and to my knowledge we never received a phone call, text or email from you for a response, even though you confirmed he had tried contacting you. Regardless I wish you luck with your roof replacement, but it's times like this I wish I could leave potential customers reviews on THEIR profiles

I needed my roof replaced and came across Distinct Exteriors in my search. Dan was quick to respond and I had an estimate with various options in very short order. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing was very reasonable and he had excellent financing options as well. He was able to get me on his schedule for the install surprisingly fast. He and his crew had my roof torn off and completely replaced before lunch and they left my yard spotless. Very pleased!
