  Joe DeBias the VP of sales is such a rude guy even when it comes to something he didn’t do right the first time

  No contact after initial call. At best they forgot about me, at worst they just plain ghosted me. Either way, skip!

  Tony, our notes indicated that you first reached out to our company on 4/18/23. At the time of your repair request, we informed you that due to recent weather events and project scheduling, it would be at least 2 weeks before we could come out - and that the 2 week wait period is weather permitting. As I am sure you have experienced, the last 2 weeks have not provided us with many consecutive days to work as we have been experiencing rain and high winds. We still have you on our job board and were going to call you this week with an updated schedule. Please let us know how you would like to proceed by calling our office at: 847-577-8730

  amazing workers who stayed late and busted their ass until the job was done. 3 days and the whole roof was replaced. they even moved one of my stick shift cars out of the way because my mom was too old to get in/out of it (SHE STILL KNOWS HOW DO DRIVE STICK) amazing work, 10/10, would recommend.

  Hey folks - that's my chimney in the photo and I gotta say - Dickson did a great job on the roof, but the flashing work done on this rather large chimney was done not by a mere roofer but by an artist

  Dickson Contractors did a fantastic job on our roof. New shingles and redid the flat part of our roof. A lot of companies wont touch a flat roof. Everything completed in one day. Great company.

  Great experience. My sales rep Mark is top-notch; he's knowledgeable in all aspects, conscientious and helpful without any pressure. The crew is very efficient and hardworking, and did a PERFECT cleanup. The new roof in Appalachian Sky is just beautiful and I have received many compliments. I would definitely recommend Dickson!
