  We had hail damage to our roof , gutters and siding.March 2024. Our roof and gutters have been repaired. HOWEVER Our siding is still not repaired JULY 20, 2024 Our sales person Casey Jolly left the company. Not before he lied looking us right in the face and got us to sign our insurance check over to DHI!!! I got another salesman from DHI’S phone number from a neighbor. I text back with him many times! He advised a manager would get in contact with us, he never did! We have two sections of our siding Casey cut out to send off for testing. WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!

  This project went great all the way to the point where it came to invoice it out. They had broke a piece of my outside furniture. I had to go through the work to get it replaced. They were not even willing to help look to find the right one . Then they lost it in paper work calling it a credit but I still have to fork out the money and build me a new one again. Their paperwork is totally wrong. They’re having to resend it and they still never told me how much the roof cost I would not use these people just because of the administration side. They seem real shady. Then they call me and are all worried helping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They Seem to be shady a company

  The salesman I spoke with was rude and unpleasant. His bid was grossly higher than other bids I recieved. I chose another company.

  If you want nails and trash left all over for sure give these guys a call. Enough nails and water bottle caps left in gutters to clog 2 downspouts. And when I informed them of this I was told this was normal.

  DHI and Carl Sommerfeld were great to work with, from doing a quick and thorough inspection, working with insurance to pay for job. Did excellent job and complete clean up after, We really love the new roof.

  Carl Sommerfeld went the distance to ensure our gutters were installed prior to snowfall, literally. Our color was backordered and he canvassed the state east and west until the materials were found. Fantastic job!

  Patrick Clemens has went way above and beyond greatly exceeding my expectations I had for the last couple months working with my insurance adjuster and claims specialist. Every time he hit a snag or roadblock he pulled something else out of his pocket and continued to fight for me. In the end my insurance approved us for a full roof replacement, all new gutters and downspouts & partial new siding on one side of my home and I was only out my deductible. I highly recommend him. He is a very honest & hard working sales representative & cares deeply for his customers.

I am deeply grateful to DHI for their invaluable assistance in facilitating the replacement of our roof. Facing a collective need for roof replacements within our subdivision, we encountered obstacles when our original roofer failed to secure insurance approval. Thankfully, turning to Luigi and the team at DHI proved to be a game-changer. Their unwavering commitment and expertise enabled them to effectively advocate on our behalf, successfully compelling the insurance company to fulfill their obligations. As a result, the roof replacement process proceeded seamlessly and swiftly, alleviating our concerns.   Patrick Clemens was incredible to work with. He stuck with this project even when I wasn’t sure it was going to happen. His level of detail and dedication was amazing. When the project was over I felt like I had earned a friend more than anything else. I would highly recommend using DHI for all of your roofing needs.

  Dakota and his team were amazing to work with. They were fast and efficient. They made sure to check with us throughout the whole process and was making sure we were happy with the outcome and if there was anything else they could do for us. Dakota stopped by the house and did a free survey of our roof and also checked the whole house in the process. He was very open and honest with us by showing us pictures of the damage and what to expect. He explained every step so there were no surprises in any of the work that would be done or the paperwork that needed filed. He really streamlined the process. Let’s just say my husband and I will be keeping his number in our phone for any future upgrades or damages that need to be fixed. 10/10 would work with him again!
