  Detroit Roofers helped our church with commercial roofing after we found soft spots near a drain on the flat roof. We had events scheduled that week, so timing mattered more than usual. The roofing company came out early, checked the drainage, and explained why roof coating and waterproofing would solve the exposed section without shutting down the building.

  Water kept running behind the gutter board on our place in Detroit, and I thought it was only a gutter repair.
