  My roof was installed in 2016. I found at the time of installation Perrins did not have a roofing license, and did not pull a permit. I forced them to retroactively get a permit from the city. Poor quality installation as i have an older home that the roof deck should have been re-sheeted on because of gaps between boards. Now 3 years later my roof is sliding off my house because the nails hit nothing but air because Perrins never said anything about re-sheeting. Flat out cheap hack job low priced to get business, without giving any thought to longevity of the product. Very unhappy 😡

  Denon under promises and over delivers. I never met him till I hired him. He's a straight shooter. He and his crew just tore off and installed 32 square of roofing across 3 buildings in a day. I was amazed. When they left, there was no evidence that they had been here other than a new roof. His crew is skilled and coordinate with each other exceptionally well. I've never seen guys work so steady and so hard for so long. More importantly, HE OWNS THE BUSINESS (not one of many salesmen) and was here helping the entire time. Very competitive price, same familiar crew of installers who have worked for him for a long time (important). I highly recommend.

  The quality of the roofing work was excellent, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The crew was respectful of the property, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up before leaving. It’s not always easy to find contractors you can trust, but this is definitely a company I would recommend.

  Denon was so professional, very reasonable and realistic. He did such an amazing job on our cabin that other family members asked for his contact. They were very appreciative of him and his awesome team. Would highly recommend these guys.

  Denon and his crew are amazing! They are spot on with recommendations and their workmanship is top notch. They finished the job on time and were patient with delays from my build but still got us in their schedule to roof on time. I would recommend his company without a doubt!

  Denon was very thorough and helped me navigate my whole insurance process from start to finish, he met with the adjuster and did his best to advocate for me, he always answered my questions promptly. His crew was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had on the job site. I would highly recommend them to any and all.

  I recently had shingles blow off my roof during a wind storm and called Perrin's Roofing to request a quote a timeline for repair. I ended up speaking with the owner who said he would go out same day and make the repair same day. I am 100% satisfied with the customer experience, the pricing and attention to detail that was demonstrated by Mr. Perrin and his team. I highly recommend Denon Perrin's Roofing.
