  I was very pleased with the roof work from Deluxe Sanford Roof Repair. Elias did an excellent job with communication during the whole roofing process and answered every question or concern I had right away. The roofing crew worked carefully, completed the job well, and made sure the property was cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. They also helped guide the conversation with my insurance company, which made everything much easier and less stressful. The entire project felt smooth, organized, and professional from start to finish. I originally hoped they might be able to take care of a few additional exterior items like a damaged chimney cap and some wood rot along with the roof repair, but their main focus is roofing services. Even so, they were very helpful and honest about what they handle, and they recommended someone reliable for the other repairs. I appreciated their roofing knowledge, clear expectations, and the quality of the finished work.

  Amazing work from start to finish on our new roof. 5 stars all the way. Deluxe Sanford Roof Repair did an excellent job, and the whole roofing crew was outstanding, especially Raymond. We really appreciated having him guide us through every step of the roofing process. He stayed involved from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. He clearly explained how everything would work, went over our roofing options, helped with the HOA approval, even handled dropping off and picking up paperwork, and checked in during the installation and after the job was completed. The crew came out the day before to prepare the property and carefully covered our bushes and other areas around the house with tarps so nothing would be damaged during the roof replacement. The roofers arrived on time each day, started early in the morning, worked hard through the heat, and stayed focused on the job. The project managers also stopped by to monitor progress and keep us updated, which gave us a lot of confidence. Everyone was polite, professional, and took time to introduce themselves. The cleanup was excellent at the end of the job. I did not find old shingles, nails, or any debris left behind. The whole experience was smooth, organized, and stress free, and the new roof looks great.

  If you want your roofing work done the right way, these are the roofers to call. Communication was excellent, the crew kept the property clean, the pricing was fair, and their workmanship standards were very high. I hired them for two roofing projects, and both turned out great. The first job was a small roof leak at my home along with some trim and soffit repair. A small crew came out, handled it efficiently, and left everything neat. The second project was a much bigger roofing job. My family home had termite and rot damage around the flat roof area, and they replaced the entire flat roof system instead of doing a temporary patch. They upgraded the old roof structure and tied it into the A-frame roof in a smooth, professional way. They also added a slight slope to the flat roof, which was a smart improvement for Sanford conditions because it helps water drain better and prevents standing puddles after heavy rain. The roof transition was done very well, with matching shingles added so everything looked seamless. They also used solid, thicker fascia board material instead of thin cheap wood, which made the new roof feel strong and durable. On top of that, they painted the trim and soffit, which really helped finish the look. I was also concerned there might be open gaps along the sides because of the new roof angle, but they closed everything in correctly with wood framing and stucco. Overall, the roofing work was thorough, well planned, and built to last.

  I hardly know where to start. Years ago, they installed my gutters, soffit, and fascia, and the work held up so well that when I was ready to update the rest of my home's exterior in Sanford, I reached back out about a full roofing and exterior project. After looking around online, I got flooded with calls from all kinds of contractors and felt overwhelmed, so I paused the whole thing. A few days later, Raymond called and mentioned he remembered working on my home before. At first I was not sure, but when we later met for the roof and exterior estimate, I realized he really was the same person who had helped with my earlier gutter and fascia work. That gave me a lot of confidence right away. We sat down and talked through everything I wanted done, including the roofing details, exterior trim, and overall curb appeal. The quote was very fair and better than the others I had received. I was unsure about financing, but Elias made the process easy and reassured me every step of the way. Everything moved quickly after that, and the roofing crew was polite, skilled, and careful with every part of the job. The workmanship was excellent. My home has a completely refreshed look now, and the roof and exterior updates really stand out. In the Sanford heat and storms, it feels great knowing the house is protected and looks beautiful too. My neighbors have all noticed the difference and keep complimenting the new look. What impressed me most was how much they cared. Raymond and Elias checked in often to make sure I was happy with the progress and final results. They made me feel like a priority from beginning to end. We were glad to find a team that made everything simple and clear from the start. Elias met with us, went over the roofing options, explained the timeline, and answered our texts and emails quickly. During the project, he also checked in several times to make sure the work was moving along the right way. The roofing crew and the gutter guard crew were both skilled, respectful, and very professional. They worked hard, stayed organized, and handled the job safely even in the Florida heat. It was great to see the finished roof from above with drone photos, and we have to admit it really does look beautiful. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, we were very happy with the communication, fast response, workmanship, and overall quality of the roofing service. The whole experience gave us confidence that our home is now better protected for the long term.
