  They replaced all three of our roofs years ago, and the work held up so well that we knew exactly who to call when it was time for new roofing this summer. When we reached out, eli was very professional, respectful, and easy to talk to. He clearly explained the schedule, the roofing process, and helped us choose the right shingle style and color for each roof. During the tear-off and installation, the crew showed up on time every day and worked hard through the full project. They took real care in protecting the buildings, using boards and other precautions so falling debris from the old roof would not cause damage. The whole team was careful, organized, and focused on quality workmanship. logan did an excellent job with cleanup, removing old shingles and taking extra time to walk the property with a magnet to pick up stray nails and staples. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. We have had other roofing work done in the past, and this cleanup was far better and much more thorough. The crew also kept a positive attitude the entire time, and it was nice to see them working well together while still staying productive. The new roofs look great, the shingles were installed neatly, and the whole job gave us a lot of confidence. We would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or shingle work.

  Getting a new roof was actually an easy, positive experience. Ralph stayed in steady contact with my insurance company and with me, making sure the whole roofing project moved along smoothly. A few unexpected issues came up during the tear-off, but the crew handled everything right away without any stress. I felt confident in their roofing recommendations, and they were very flexible when we decided to make a few changes and add more work. They removed and replaced the roof, improved the attic ventilation, installed new skylights, put on all new gutters, and even built out an overhang.   i can’t say enough good things about our new roof. when i called, eli came out quickly, explained the whole roofing process, and helped us choose a few shingle color options. i was especially concerned about a problem area along the side of the house that had been prone to leaks during heavy rain. within a short time, eli and his crew completed the roof on both our house and garage in just one day. they also repaired the side fascia that had a lot of rot and replaced the gutter. the new shingle color matches the house perfectly. the cleanup was outstanding too. our plants and trees were protected, and there were no nails or debris left behind. very professional, courteous, fast, and clean. i would definitely recommend them.

  We had our roof replaced, and the whole roofing process was fantastic from start to finish. Tucker, our project manager, was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about roofing materials and the full install process. He worked closely with our insurance company, which made everything much easier and less stressful. The roofing crew was quick, respectful, and did a great job protecting our home during the tear-off and shingle installation. Since we have little kids and dogs, we really appreciated how careful they were to keep the work area safe, clean, and organized each day. They also helped us pick the right shingle style, color, and material to match our home and hold up well in the San Jose climate. Communication was clear the entire time, and the finished roof looks excellent. We are very happy with the workmanship, cleanup, and overall service, and we highly recommend this roofing team.

  Deluxe Roof Repair has been taking care of our older metal roof for many years, and the work has always been excellent. This time Tucker and his crew came out to clean, coat, and patch the roof, and also install new gutters. They did an outstanding job, even while working through very hot San Jose weather on a metal roof. Tucker was on time, professional, and easy to talk with, and he made sure we were happy with each step of the roofing work. He explained the repairs clearly, showed strong knowledge and skill, and his crew kept the job moving smoothly.   Eli and Logan replied fast to my roofing inquiry, and communication was easy from the start. They were friendly, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I needed an old hidden gutter section replaced because it had rusted out, and the soffit and fascia also had water damage that needed repair. They also installed new guttering to make sure the roof drainage worked properly. Ralph handled most of the roof and gutter repair work with help from a small crew, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Since my home is a single-story ranch, the project was straightforward, but they still took the time to do solid workmanship and not cut corners. They explained the condition of the roofing edge, fascia boards, and drainage system in simple terms, which helped me understand what needed to be fixed and why. They also recommended adding new gutters and gutter guards on the rest of the house to improve water flow and reduce future maintenance, which turned out to be a smart choice. After the installation, Eli came back to inspect the work and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. The younger crew members were polite, easy to talk to, and made the whole process comfortable. The full roofing and gutter job was finished within a week as planned, and the quality of the work gave me real peace of mind. The home now looks better, the drainage system works much better during rain, and I feel confident the repairs will help protect the roofline and exterior wood from future damage.   We had a roof leak and a ventilation problem we did not fully understand at first. Jeffrey did a great job explaining what needed to be done to keep the roof in good shape and improve airflow in the attic. There was no pressure at all to approve extra roofing work, but we chose to move forward with the proper roof venting because it made sense for the long-term condition of the roof. We expected the venting repair to take a little while to schedule, but someone came out the very next day to stop the leak and protect the roof from further water damage. The full crew arrived much sooner than we expected to complete the rest of the roofing work, and everything moved along smoothly from start to finish. Overall, the service from Deluxe Roof Repair was excellent. I really appreciated how responsive Jeffrey was with my questions, how clearly everything was explained, and how quickly the leak repair and venting work were completed. The pricing felt fair and about what I expected for quality roofing service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing leak repair, roof ventilation improvements, or general roofing work, and I would gladly use them again.
