Called and spoke with Dean himself. He was extremely rude but I needed to have someone fix my roof before anymore damage occurred so I ended up letting his guys come out and the work was poor. I should have gone with my gut instinct when talking to him and went with another company.

THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER OF OURS AND MOST LIKELY A COMPETITOR! Potential customers please read all of our 5 STAR REVIEWS and then ask yourself if any of these 1 Star Reviews sound like they are even close to the company we are. We are an old school business with integrity and would never treat a customer this way under any circumstances! Even if they where rude, we wouldn't respond in kind. We would simply not work for them! Dean

This caller called right after the Hurricane Ian and sounded like a telemarketer to me and so I did hang up on him just like we always do to telemarketers! I actually tried to call you back at the time and apologize! We where dealing with a huge influx of calls and I'm sorry if I judged you incorrectly in our haste to try and deal with amount of business we were dealing with. If I can ever make up it up to you please call back. Very human, Dean

Dean exceeded in all my expectations. He is a man of integrity and does what he says he will do. I would hire his company in a millisecond if and when I needed any further roofing work done.
