  Dean roofing didn't do any roofing work for me since after they came to measure the roof they sent me an email stating in part: "Unfortunately at this time due to our current workload and supply issues we have to decline to bid on your project." I wasn't in any hurry to get the job done and hadn't specified any particular materials so I found their response quite odd. I've never had a contractor outright decline to bid on a job before. Based upon their showing up on time to measure I'm giving them two stars but time is valuable so I didn't appreciate them indicating they'd get me a quote for the job and then suddenly the next day after measuring deciding they can't bid on the job. It would have been greatly appreciated if they hadn't wasted everyone's time and just indicated they were too busy to book my job when I spoke with them. They may be amazing roofers but I'll never know since they didn't give me an opportunity to consider hiring them for the job.

  I wouldnt let this place put a roof on my dog house ,they called 30 minutes before coming and canceled. And we took off of work ,so beware if you choose this place they are not a professional roofing company ,I'm so dissappointed BEWARE

  Got a bid on roof replacement. In their contract it says they will not cover heavy rain. We used superroofs. Great people, great work.

  I called Dean Roofing to come and fix an area of my roof that they had fixed before and it was leaking. They said it would be 2 weeks before they could come out. I gave them 6 weeks and they never showed up. So I called them and said hey you guys didn't show up. So the guy says I will look into it and call you back. He never called back. Terrible, terrible customer service these days.

  We manage a property in Largo, and according to County records, Dean Roofing replaced the roof there in 2022. Recently, our residents have reported that parts of the ceiling are failing during rainstorms. Since new roofs usually come with a 5-year workmanship warranty, we reached out to Dean Roofing to set up an inspection. Their team went out there and gave us a full report of the issue. At the end, it was determined that it was not a roof issue.

  My new roof experience was outstanding! I was very diligent in my research before I made my final selection and couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the first informative meeting (what to expect), detailed contract - leaving no questions, the product itself and the crew that did the installation. They are the best!

  We worked with Luke who was the sales rep for my home in Clearwater -Dunedin. I replaced my flat roof around 11-2025. The company is excellent. They came out completed the job, no problems. I highly recommend this long standing company. I think the prices are fair. They are not the cheapest and were not the most expensive. What also helps me make a decision is the longevity of a company. This company has that advantage. When I bought my home in early 2003 they were the company that put on the original roof to this home from the previous owners. It’s also why I used them the roof has lasted a really long time. I definitely highly recommend them!

  My Mom n Dad, and my brother n I lived n Clearwater and were raised there. When my Father replaced the roof on our house he chose the Dean Roofing Co. At that time I was dating an employee, Danny Gordon. He and his brother Patrick were excellent trouble shooters and trusted employees. They came out with a crew and installed a beautiful new green n white gradient colored shingle roof. That was in 1982 or 1983. They sold the house in 1991 and when we visited this past spring we went by to look at the house. It still has the roof they installed. I would recommend the Dean Roofing Co. to anyone who wants to have a professional premium roof installation. Sincerely Claudia Pharaoh
