  DC Roofing gave me an estimate which was 1/3 higher than other roofers I had consulted. He realized that due to a failed roof I had a flood in my office, so he took advantage and charged me more. They did complete the roof in a timely manner, but the stated 30 year warranty was never produced despite repeated requests for proof of said warranty. I am selling the property and his refusal to supply a copy of the warranty will impact the sale price I can ask. HE IS DISHONEST AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY HE CHARGE. IF I COULD GIVE DC ROOFING A -1 I WOULD.

  The mail box is full. No one answers phone. Came out to my home many hours late for a bid and continue to fail to send me a bid. You can only call so many times !!!!! Do not use them!!!!!!!

We try our best to be on time for all appointments but sometimes, especially after monsoons hit the area, things happen and we're not able to make it in time. I can see from the notes on our calendar that we were running late for our appointment; however, I don't know if this caused us to lose track of your email address, as we always try our best to put a correct email address into our calendar to make sure we get back to our customers promptly. If we somehow missed yours, we sincerely apologize and hope you are satisfied with the repair work done by the other company.   They were quick to send someone to inspect the roof for an estimate...however, after multiple phone calls and text...weeks later and still no estimate. Guess they don't really need the business. We hired another company at this point.

Normally we try to get them out faster, but with all the recent monsoons, we've had a lot of work that has slowed us down a little. At the same time, we know that we won't get the work for every estimate that we provide, so we were disappointed to get a negative rating for trying our best to help you.   I had a roof leak from the recent storms, called them, they came out inspected my roof within an hour of the call. They were able to do the repair the same day as well. They were very professional and had quality work.

  DC Roofing got to my home to inspect the roof, the following day, after I called them when a big storm took a large chunk of shingles off our roof. They called and texted me to go over my options and pricing and had it repaired the same day that I gave the okay. Hopefully I don't need anymore roof repairs anytime soon, but I will definitely be calling them again if I do.

  David and the DC Roofing crew recoated the flat roof on my rental property in Tucson with Apoc 264 elastomeric. Completed the job within 48 hours of the initial quote, which is an incredible turnaround. Communication was solid throughout, pricing was fair, and the work was clean. Managing a property remotely from out of state makes finding reliable contractors essential, and these guys delivered. Will be calling them again when the time comes.

  I had a great experience with David at DC Roofing. I called, and he came out right away to give me a quote. After we agreed on the price, he went and picked up the materials and repaired my roof the same day. The pricing was fair, the service was fast, and the quality of work was excellent. It’s hard to find contractors who respond and execute that quickly. I would definitely recommend DC Roofing and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

  Just had our roof done here in mid town, two story house. We were happy with the bid, we had four companies come out. The crew was efficient, professional, friendly & cleaned up well each day. Excellent job, well done. We would definitely recommend David and his team for any roofing needs.
