  Dont know about their work quality but whoever is leaving boone today is driving like a bad out of hell down the mountain with dump trailer full loaded doing 20mph over the limit

  I paid Davis roofing to repair leaks in the den around fireplace..they came out and done the repair.said it wouldn't leak again.after they came out the second time.it still leaks and getting worse..tried to get them out again.not herd from them.getting a real company to repair their job...

  Hey Roger, we completely empathize with your situation and understand how frustrating it can be to hire a professional to get a job done and feel like it wasn't repaired properly. After taking some time to look into this specific situation with your roof repair around your fireplace and chimney, we went through the detailed notes of the inspection of the leak as well as the notes of the phone call with Roger. Roger called our office to inform us that his roof was still leaking after our roof repair. On the phone call, we offered at NO CHARGE to have a repair tech come back out to Roger's house THAT DAY and inspect the affected area from the attic of his home in order to identify the area that was causing the leak. Again, at NO CHARGE to Roger. Roger refused to allow us to come out and fix, for FREE, what seemed to be the cause of Roger's leak and frustration. Instead, Roger decided to leave a bad review even though we were willing to do whatever it took to make sure he was completely satisfied and his roof leak was repaired properly. Its unfortunate that we were unable to resolve the issue after numerous attempts with the client. Sadly many people can write a negative review right away against a small business trying to do right by our customers, even though that review may be false or not explaining the entire story.

  Ma'am we are sorry to hear about the situation that you had dealt with recently while driving. We have looked into this accusation with our crew, and have found no involvement in this situation through a company-wide investigation. This is an egregious act to not only blame a small business of such an accusation with out any proof of the incident, but to also take a photo of our business license plate and publish this on the internet is considered an illegal act and we are looking into these ramifications. Checking into your Google profile you have a history of making similar accusations to other small businesses in the area and with just cause we are seeking legal actions. According to NC GS it is unlawful to operate a cell phone while driving, which is clearly recorded in the picture you attached to your review. We do not appreciate such unfounded slander against our company and we take this accusation very seriously. This has no basis on the performance of our services as a roofing company serving the Triad area, nor does it reflect the values we represent as a roofing company. We ask that you would please delete your review before any more legal action is to take place, or give our office a call to discuss the situation that you allegedly happened. If this was truly a cause for concern for you and your child, I would assume you would want to take every effort to remedy this situation with the owner of the business to make sure it doesn't happen again. However, we believe this to just be a jealous competitor and this accusation, although false, bears no merit whatsoever. In no way does this represent Davis Roofing nor the level of quality roofs and customer service we provide to our customers.

  Davis replaced a roof for me in early spring. Quote was OK, their crew damaged my dormers and they don't seem to want to fix this. I guess I'll have it replaced and then seek other avenues. Cannot recommend.

  I called to get an appointment to have someone come out to look at my roof that was damaged from hail. My insurance company even recommended them. A couple days later someone called to get address and said that someone else would call me back to set up an appointment for someone to come out to inspect my roof. After 3 weeks my insurance adjuster asked if i had gotten an appointment and when i told him that they have not called me back in 3 weeks the adjuster said that was typical of Davis Roofing.

  Came out to repair leaky roof. Unfortunately there existed another area of the roof which leaked and was not repaired. Made repeated attempts with office and individual who did the repair for over month. Including a promise to be at my home the next day when I finally reached them. Still a no show. I would use another contractor as they do not stand by their work and poor follow up.

  Davis Roofing put a new roof on our home in Trinity and it is beautiful! We got the Copper Canyon shingles, it's a multi-tonal brown that goes great with our brown trim and shutters. They did the job in one day, leaving no mess in the yard. I recommend Davis Roofing if you're wanting a quality roof at a reasonable price, installed by wonderful small town hard working people!

  Everyone I had contact with at Davis were nice and professional. When Mike came to give the estimate it was received in a timely manner. The crew worked efficiently and fast. Vanessa and Julie in the office were helpful and pleasant to speak with. All questions were addressed and answered clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Davis Roofing did a great job and cleaned up both days before they left. Nothing was left undone and I had no follow up requests. Thank you all for doing a great job. Marsha

  We had their Sales rep Shay come out and give us a quote on replacing the roof on our Church ( New Horizon Church of the Nazarene ). After reviewing all the quotes we choose Davis Roofing for the job. After choosing the color of the shingles we were notified by Shay when they would like to start. Their crew arrived and started working around 7am and worked till around 7pm on the first day. On the second day they again started at 7am and worked until 7pm finishing the job in 2 days. Everything was cleaned up, trash and shingles hauled to the dump. Every problem encountered was resolved by Brian the Forman of the crew and Shay. Never did I think that they didn’t act in the Churches best interest and several times went over what was expected. The entire crew was friendly and professional.

  Solid work done at a fair price. The building is an older structure so lots of wood to replace. They did it all at a fair price with quick and clean work.

  We just had our entire roof replaced by Davis Roofing, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The crew was incredibly efficient and kept the worksite neat and safe throughout the process. The new roof looks amazing—it completely transformed the appearance of our home.   Davis Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof replacement from start to finish. Bailey was a pleasure to work with and the crew that came out took great care in tarping landscaping of the house and cleanup afterwards. Their pricing is competitive and the warranty of a long standing local company was very important to me. I would not hesitate to recommend.

  Davis Roofing, Based in Archdale, North Carolina (and serving the entire Triad Region) did a beautiful job replacing the 3700 square foot roof on our home. They arrived on time and went right to work. Their work was perfect, and they did a thorough cleanup of our yard during and after completion. Their estimate was accurate to the penny and their quote was substantially lower than the other quotes that we received.   Archdale N.C. Fast version: I highly recommend Davis Roofing Company service for anybody thinking of having a roof replaced, big or small, and any potential shape. They were able to do everything that I expected from my roof nightmare. You would never have known they were there after the job was complete. They didn’t leave a trace. Professional in ever manner. Extended Version: For people that like to read Quick and prompt response after initial call to request quote. Phone call until person on site, 3 hours. I spent 4 days calling multiple companies to conduct my personal consciences of total cost. Out of the other companies I called. Davis was the only one to get up on the roof and physically and visionally inspect it. The roof was in total disrepair and had structural damage from neglect, from previous owners. Davis addressed all the issues that I knew there would be, so I was confrontable trusting them with the job. The quote was very reasonable and was subject to change due to the extent of the damage that I knew to be there when the existing roof was to be removed. Once an agreement was reached for the job, work began two business days later. Day one was removal and as expected roof, and structural repairs were needed. Davis took care of all the repairs immediately, as agreed upon. The removal was done swiftly and non-stop. Heavy tarps were placed around the perimeter of the home for anything that may or would have fallen from the removal process that did not fall into the dumpster of the truck. Day 2, Once the roof was repaired and replaced, the new roof was on in hours. Everything was clean looking (Old silicone and metal removed from house and chimney areas) and looked amazing. If not for wood repairs and replacement, the job would have been completed in one day. The next day the seamless gutters were installed, and I came home to the finish job. All equipment and waste were packed up and gone by the end of the second day. Honestly if I had not known a ro

  Davis roofing done a great job on our house, their men came that morning took off the old replaced everything in a day. They cleaned up you couldn't even tell they was here. I highly recommend this company. He is a man of his word . Thank you Davis Roofing.
