  If you have an older home make sure these guys replace your decking if needed. Dont allow them to cut corners and throw shingles right on top of a 20 year old 1 x 4 wood board deck. Make them go thru the process of getting insurance to pay for a new decking. Otherwise you will be stuck with a roof you cannot walk on without creating leaks and they will refuse to "make it right".

  David and Jennifer have done amazing roofing work for me and several of my friends and family. They are incredibly responsive and professional. They take pride in their work and it clearly shows in the finished product. They continue to provide excellent service to their customers even years after roof installation.   We had a complicated issue relating to where our dryer exhaust met the roof which we had made even more complicated by using a cheap contractor to repair it. He failed to install the correct pieces and it met the roof incorrectly which led to a leak. DM&S came out the same day we called and we ended up meeting the entire Martin family. It really is a family business. They explained why the leak was occurring and how to install everything in such a way that the problem would never occur again. The price was fair, the repair is seamless, and we couldn’t be happier. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone and everyone.
