Dave's Roof Repair

The only one or two-star review we hold for Dave's Roof Repair.

Disappointed. I'm not confident that replacing 3 shingles in approximately 30 minutes (roof time) should cost $375. Given the demand for roof work due to the recent storms...I had already waited a few weeks (& didn't have an estimate at the time from Dave even though I sent pics) and needed to get this fixed before winter. Would have expected a fair price on replacing shingles.

Yes, a two story steep roof working right on the edge where branches damaged shingles along the overhang in three separate locations. I cleared away the pine straw from the roof before doing the work to prevent a fall. From feedback I get … More

Wow! I’m so impressed. Dave came, quickly diagnosed two problems, gave me a fair quote, and did the repair right away. The whole thing took about two hours. Nice guy, excellent work, i couldn’t ask for more.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dave! He’s conveniently local to Cary and surrounding areas. He provides prompt, courteous service and reasonable rates. I also greatly appreciate his candor and expertise around watching problem areas so I can know when it’s time to replace vs repair. Great experience highly recommend!

I wish every business was like this. I had a raccoon chew a hole in the roof and needed it closed up quick due to all of the rain we get in the spring. Dave was responsive, works for a fair price, did a good job, and was able to get it done quickly. Highly recommended.

Dave’s stellar reputation is well-deserved. He is responsive, punctual, and the work was done quickly. I hope I don’t have more roofwork anytime soon, but if I do, Dave will be the one I contact.

Dave came the same day I called. What a nice man! His price was very fair and included a three year guarantee. I will definitely recommend his service to family and friends.

Dave was able to get out and fix some leaky flashing the day after a storm. He was up-front with the price, which was very reasonable, and got right to work. Will be keeping his card for any future issues.

I hired Dave 6 months ago (I'm late in submitting my review)! I highly recommend Dave for any roof repair. We had a roof leak that was happening in heavy rain around the upstairs bathroom exhaust vent. Dave and his son came out the next …

I have hired Dave three times over the last seven years. He was always on time and did a professional job. His fees are very reasonable and he does excellent work. I would highly recommend him for any roof repair. Edit. I called Dave to have my roof repaired again. I live between Cary and Fuquay Varina. He is located in Cary. He said he doesn't service my area. It is at most a twenty minute drive. I was a little disappointed. Thus, the one star reduction.

Have used Dave's Roof Repair several times since Hurricane Fran in 1996 to repair my roof after storms. Dave is very responsive and reliable and does excellent work. We lost a shingle in the recent storm and Dave fixed our roof again today. I recommend him highly as a resource to add to your contacts for any roof-related work.
