Recent storms in Kildeer have left many homeowners with roof damage that's only visible during a professional inspection. Missing shingles, lifted flashing, or hail impacts aren't always easy to spot from the ground. Most homeowner insurance policies cover sudden storm damage caused by wind or hail, but not deterioration from age. Start by documenting the damage with photos, notify your insurance provider, and arrange for a roofing inspection. A qualified contractor can provide detailed documentation and even meet with the adjuster to review findings together. Time matters - many policies include filing deadlines after a weather event. If you need help with your insurance claim, our team is here to make the process easier from start to finish.Jul 20, 2026Call now
